My name is Michael Ostrow and I am the Business Development Manager here at Millennium Toyota. First i want to apologize for your current situation. It is my understanding that you were last here in the late Spring for an oil change. Since then you have now driven it to Albany where you noticed the oil leak. Subsequently you spoke with Ms. Caraballo about your issue. It is my understanding you were told that once the other dealership diagnoses the issue, to contact us and we would take care of it. Since then, Theresa got in touch with your service in Albany, Clayton, and was waiting for the diagnosis for your vehicle. Again, we had told you that we would take care of this issue for you. As far as our mechanics and here, they are well trained and certified. When we finally find out what the issue is, again we will take care of it. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Linda, My name is Michael Ostrow and I am the Business Development Manager at Millennium Toyota. First, I would like to apologize for the incident in the showroom, and for your wasted time. It is not our intent to lie to a customer or to waste their time. Mistakes do happen. You used the term bait and switch. This is untrue, as we would have been wasting our own time as well. I sincerely do apologize for the miscommunication in our showroom between two parties involved in this deal. The rest of your review, I would like to apologize for as well. There seems to be misinformation, and miscommunication here as well. From what I understand, you were very angry when you called, and rightfully so. However, from what I understand, we were never given the opportunity to rectify the situation. From what I have been able to understand, there was a lot of yelling from your end, again which is understandable. I understand that the last thing you told Mo was that you were not interested in coming back.
