I viisted toyota on sunday just to look at the new cars. I was not planning to purchase. however, this young gentleman, Rob, was so patient and understanding. Due to the extreme july heat I was in no hurry I was not planning to purchase. however, this young gentleman, Rob, was so patient and understanding. I own a 2010 toyota corolla and has always used this dealership in the past. I used them for reasons such as service, inspection etc. To be completely honest, in the past 2 years I have never had any ne dealership in the past. I used them for reasons such as service, inspection etc. To be completely honest, in the past 2 years I have never had any negative feedback for this dealership, with the exception of my most recent visit. I went in for my car to be serviced on May 14 and discovered on July 6 that all the oil had drained from the car. I was obviously alarmed and concerned as to why my engine almost blew. I called roadside assistance to have the car towed to the nearest dealership and called Millenium to inform them that the oil seal wasn't tightened properly. I have left messages for the service manager, who doesn't return calls and told his service rep to tell me, verbatim, that "The oil leak wasn't caused by us and you will have to work with the new dealership to fix your problem." I still haven't received a call and have tried calling back numerous times, to no avail. Additionally, i had to pay for my oil to be replaced and for the gasket to be replaced. I say all of this to say that even if Millenium didn't think their mechanics were at fault for the loose seal, they still have to assist the customer. They were unresponsive, blatantly annoyed, and lax when it came to my safety. If any Millenium representative reads this, just note that customers trust their safety to the mechanics at the dealership, and if I had driven my car one more time (I was leaving for an engagement in NJ that evening) my engine would have probably blew. For future reference, just showing some concern for customers is key and I hope no one gets hurt from the lack of professionalism and no tact that was displayed in my case. Apparently using the dealership to service your car is just as risky as taking it to Joe Smith around the corner. A simple tighten from a wrench would have avoided all of this, but this obviously was my last visit there. Thank you, Former Customer of Millenium Toyota More

Jennifer Boldis was great with me. I came in with no intent to buy a car, just to look. She, with no pressure, convinced me that the Prius C was for me, which I was already looking at. She led me al intent to buy a car, just to look. She, with no pressure, convinced me that the Prius C was for me, which I was already looking at. She led me all the way, from initial contact, to driving out of the bay and answered all me questions. Since buying a car is the 2nd most expensive investment in life, other that a house or boat or jet plane, I had complete confidence in her. I would use her again and recommend her to my friends. Too bad she works for Millennium Toyota. It is not a sign of good faith when the dealership initially tries to low ball me by $2,000 on my trade in. After I told them the blackbook.com low price for my car, the site Millenium uses, they immediately met the price. I should have then asked for $500 more. How stupid of me. I was about ready to walk out but thanks to Jennifer, I didn't. This is no way to start a deal. Let's be honest with the customer from the beginning. The team was very efficient in pulling all the necessary paperwork together in a minimum amount of time,once I made my decision tn purchase my 2012 Toyota Corolla. I was dreading the purchase of a new vehicle and the high pressure sales pitch I remembered from accompanying my sons several years ago when he purchased his Certified pre-owned Toyota Corolla at Millennium. I was a loyal Saturn owner and appreciated the fact that I could walk in to a Saturn dealership pick my car & preferred package pay or finance with no hassle. Thankfully Mr. Korgood made things as painless as possible for me. More
Contact with Mr. Pat Marangiello brought back me into Millennium. Mr. John Locmajian worked furiously to maintain a flowing experience wich resulted in a new lease. We spent 2.5 hours looking at a used Highlander. Finally ready to sign and take the car, and Danielle came back saying the car was sold the night before. Sloppy work. Very, very sloppy work. We get a call the next day and asked how our experience was. I call "Peter" back (he called me I didn't call him) and he was very disinterested in my "experience". They only want to hear about a good experience. I then call "MO". When I tell him of my experience, he doesen't really want to hear it because It wasn't a "good experience". He told me I had an attitude. I told him if he didn't really want to hear about "my experience" why the heck would you call me in the first place. I told him I would never go back and I will tell everyone I know (I have alot of friends and acquaintences) that I would never go back again!!!!!! Put that in your pipe you pompous "bate at switch" phoney, ingenuous sales people!!!! More
Both Tarae and Hector were great. Very friendly and knew their stuff. Tarae is a great salesperson, amazing how she knows the cars and equipment so well after only 1 month.
