I rated Millennium Toyota "great" in all categories simply because of their great employees! My wife and I dealt with Mike Ostrow (Internet Sales Manager) and Brian Tighe (Sales Consultant) categories simply because of their great employees! My wife and I dealt with Mike Ostrow (Internet Sales Manager) and Brian Tighe (Sales Consultant) and Hector Maltes (Finance Consultant) and was impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful each of them were. Mike Ostrow and Brian Tighe were my initial point of contact at the dealership and they were great right from the start. I had done extensive vehicle and pricing research beforehand and knew I was quoted an extremely fair price on a SPECIFIC VEHICLE from the start and that price never changed, and I didn't have to haggle. I never felt pressured to buy more than what I needed and got the vehicle I wanted. Brian Tighe also accompanied us on our vehicle test drive and also handled the delivery of our new car and he proved that HE KNOWS THESE CARS!! I have never dealt with a salesman with such extensive product knowledge. After he explained all of the systems in my 2013 Highlander SE, I drove off the lot feeling very comfortable with all the features and technology in my car. Thanks again to these three employees for making this car buying experience pleasant and fast!!! More

I had came in for service of my hybrid camry inspection & 10000 mile check up. I was the second car lined up outside I had a 7am appointment the door to drive the car in for service opened at 7:10am. Once inside they give a ticket with a number then ask you to wait in the waiting room but instead of being called in the order you came in 5 numbers were called before my number was called at 7:45 I was called to speak to the rep. Once the repairs were completed they call to pay at the cashier they said the car would be right up but once again I had to wait & wait for the car I went back inside which they had to call to find out where the car was. I never had this experience at this dealer before .I have been a customer since the 1980's bought many cars from them so I will be back but something has to be done with the control of cars being serviced a computer program with that data & someone to monitor it would be a good idea.The repair area can communicate with service monitor so the customer is inform as to the status of repair and completion . It's not MARCUS HILLS fault it's the procedure that needs to be corrected. More

As for price, we do haggle, but it is quite evident that they want to make a deal and we have always made a deal to our satisfaction. I recommended by daughter and son-in-law to them after they lost a car to Hurricane Sandy and they were extremely happy with what they got and how much, or rather, how little they paid. I do not hesitate recommending them, especially my salesman, Mark Campbell, to friends. More

My Daughter and I went to the Millennium Toyota dealership after walking out of the Nissan Massapequa dealership. The Nissan tried to charge us additional fees after they had already quoted a total out of pocket price so we walked out and went to Millennium. I was given Vincents name by a friend and was told that they had a wonderful experience at Millennium. My friend was right. We signed on a new lease within the hour. Vincent and all the staff were so friendly, courteous and professional. Vincent saw us immediately and we were test driving the 2013 Corolla within 15 minutes. He made us feel comfortable and we knew we were get the best price available with no hidden costs. His honesty and professionalism was refreshing after the nightmare at Nissan. The girls in the insurance office were wonderful along with Rob from finance. I will recommend this dealership and Vincent to anyone looking for a car. Everyone I met at the Service Area was extremely helpful. My only compliant would be the phone system. Before I arrived, I called to discuss the issue with a Service Tech. The operator took my call, instead of transferring me to the Service Department, she asked what was the nature of my request. I advised her of the issue with the battery light being on and no power steering. She went "oh" and transferred me, mumbling the name of who she was transferring my call. Another person picked up, I described the issue, requesting guidance on the issue, and this person transferred me into someone's (I think Joe was the name) voice mail. Thankfully I descided to dry to the Service Center, though it was a treacherous drive. More
