Steve was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was given a shuttle ride to work before the start time of the shuttle. Steve called me at work to let me know what should be done in addition to the sta given a shuttle ride to work before the start time of the shuttle. It was done within a few hours and I was picked up at lunchtime by the shuttle and I had my car back in time to get back to work. More

My (our) total experience at Millenium Toyota was excellent. I also had prior great experience with this dealership as I had previously purchased a Toyota Camry there in 1997. In fact, I was still driving my Camry and decided to gift it to a family member in need of a reliable car! I met with the salesman, Brian Tighe, who was extremely patient, knowledgeable , and low keyed. I believe I test drove 5 different vehicles and Brian and other staff people were very obliging. When I returned 2 days later with my husband, I was met with the same professionalism. Brian treated us very well and we left driving my new Rav4! The Rav is a different kind of vehicle for me and I am enjoying it very much. I would highly recommend Brian Tighe as a salesperson as well as Millenium as a dealership. Thanks to all who were very efficient, kind, and again, professional. More
I brought my highlander for change oil at this shop. And after 1.5 hrs I was told by the advisor that my car also needs cleaning of fuel injector but i declined to do it right away because I have an appoint after 1.5 hrs I was told by the advisor that my car also needs cleaning of fuel injector but i declined to do it right away because I have an appointment to attend to. The advisor told me that she will just make a note later what my car still needs to do. But after receiving the work invoce and receipt the notes that she promised me to provide with is not included and she even did informed me the result of the preliminary test done to my car (wheel allignment test and battery test). I did not received any result about this test. More

What I find more amusing about Toyota Customer Service is that this time around I didn't receive a call or email asking me about my services? So I've decided to share my experience: I dropped of that this time around I didn't receive a call or email asking me about my services? So I've decided to share my experience: I dropped off my car the Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 (evening drop-off since I work in the city); Services to get done: scrapes/scratches & annual inspection. When I purchased my vehicle a warranty that is up to a year would take care of the scrapes/scratches. I received a call from service the next morning (10/31) stating that they will do the inspection, but they are waiting to get some paper work since they are not sure what warranty I am speaking about. I called service back at 4:00 pm that same afternoon, where's my car? She stated that she still hasn't received the paperwork and is still waiting and if I wanted to go and get my car. I explained it's Halloween I am with my kids I need to take them trick or treating; I was informed I can leave my car one more night since after all, I am going trick or treating so, I left my car once again over night, and said it will get done next day. Okay, what’s wrong here: 1) I had to call service to find out the status of my vehicle 2) service could have called me and told me to pick up my vehicle (much earlier than me calling them by 4) 3) service could have called me and could have asked me to bring the paperwork. The next Day (11/1), I called over and over and over again to no avail, getting transferred, not getting my calls answered, I finally after letting the phone ring for 20 minutes later with no reply, I hung up and called the main line AGAIN. I told Toyota to have my car ready because I am coming over and picking up my car. As I was getting my son ready in my father-in-law vehicle, Toyota all of a sudden had my number and called me back to back 3 times and no I didn't answer; as I was already on my way to get my car! My service rep was not in, the person who sits with her was not familiar with my case. The supervisor showed up, evidently there is a miscommunication with sales and service departments. I was asked to drop off my car on Monday (since by then the back and forth that I've been through was ridiculous), I informed them, I work in the city it is difficult as-is to find someone to take me to Toyota. They gave me a loaner for the weekend, which was a new 2014 Toyota sienna, really new car, smelled like toxic paint so in reality drove it for one day. I finally received a call on Monday, work is done, I explained I can’t pick up till evening since I work in the city not a problem. I grabbed it Monday night from the front desk. Inspection was done and NOTHING ELSE WAS DONE. So 5 days without my car and Toyota failed to honor their warranty and their true services to their customer. I have never been so disappointed! I think what made matters worse, they truly had that "whatever" attitude. Yes, even the front desk seem like oblivious as I spoke to him expressing my concern, granted it is not his department nor is service is at that time, but body/facial expressions go a far way! Indeed by giving me a loaner was a show of improvement, but not getting the work done, not even calling me to make sure I was okay with the work was the cherry on top. So here I am with my scrape car with yellow ink on my window. Thank you Millennium Toyota. I look forward to my next service inspection, which I know you can do. Very Best, Kemia Rosario More
Mark Campbell was a great sales man the first time around that's why we decided to go back to him a second time. He made us feel that he wanted our business and was willing to work with us especially with t that's why we decided to go back to him a second time. The reason why I didn't give a "great" overall experience is NOT because of my experience with Mark but with a sales manager named Mohammed Khan. He was impatient with us. I have to be honest, I am not in the sales business because I don't have the tolerance for people like me, but Mohammed is. So as a consumer trying to purchase a $45,000.00 vehicle you would think a sales manager would have more patience than the salesman just because they would want to help their salesman to close the sale. The negotiation took about 4 hours on one Saturday afternoon, when we weren't making any heads way Mohammed came by us and said: "The next time I go back it will be my final offer and I won't go back and forth for you". So my husband shook his hand and said thank you and told him he doesn't want to do business with him. The price wasn't the price I was prepared to pay for, but it was reasonable in a way. It would have been better if I was given the price I asked for the trade in and the bottom line number I wind up paying. In spite what happened between Mohammed Khan and myself, I would still recommend Mark Campbell and Millennium Toyota. Sanjit Joshi, is the best service manager I had/have worked with. He show professionalism all the time and the courtesy he show me and my family is outstanding. Together with Stevens Pierce, Sanjit Joshi made my service experience with my 2005 Sienna very pleasurable not a burden. I know I will continue to get the excellent service I always get from Stevens and Joshi with our 2013 Highlander. More

Negotiating a fair price was always handled in the most professional manner. In short, top notch service from hello to driving out satisfied with my new vehicle. Gary even assisted me with communication with the service department to be sure a glass defect with the car was rectified to my satisfaction. Could not recommend Gary or Millenium Toyota any higher!
