This was the second service visit on our 2010 Camary. It came as a surprise that our battery was weak, for the age and mileage of our used car, which was purchased back in March of 2013. We were also surprised that one of the tires was worn out to 3/32". I expected 50,000 mile tires, on a certified used car from a dealer. Our vehicle had 15,000 miles on it, when we bought it. We now have 24,00 miles. I guess they missed checking the tires and alignment, prior to selling. A 4 wheel alignment was preformed at no cost to us, back in May when we discovered the gas mileage was so bad. So much for "Certified Used Cars". The final disappointment is the gas mileage, which has never gone past 19 MPG for a highway cruising vehicle, with a 6 speed automatic. We get better MPG on our 2008 Lexus ES 350. More

I came into Toyota trying to get out of a lease arrangement I had with Nissan for over a year. Toyota has always been my favorite auto company and Toyotas have been in my family for years. Our first family car was the Cressida, which lasted over a decade and was subsequently passed on to another family member. My father then purchased a Camry and now he's driving an Avalon. I just purchased a camry after having driven a corolla happily for 8 years. My salesperson was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable the moment I stepped into the dealership. He was very patient with me, and did everything he possibly could to help me get out of my burdensome lease and back into a Toyota.
