This is my 3rd new car and by far, this experience has been the worse I have had. First, their is no point in negotiating a sale price with the sales person as he tells you that he is doing his best to he been the worse I have had. First, their is no point in negotiating a sale price with the sales person as he tells you that he is doing his best to help you out and at the end, you end up paying the full amount of the vehicle. So that was a complete waste of time, then instead of seeing the finance person, you go to the insurance person to get insure your new vehicle. Well I still do not know what my car payments are going to be like. So after her, you finally sit down with the finance person who gives you a crazy high interest rate and then supossedly works with you to get you into a lower interest rate with a "special program". He fails to mention that all the extra features like the remote starter or low jack at the end of your contract do not turn up to be the money he quoted as that quote is without interest. The school credit and the toyota loyalty you were promised by the sales person turned out that my credit score did not fit the special bracket according to their terms. Overall this has been the worst experience, I have ever had and would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I have usually found the service department to be very thorough and the work completed in a timely manner.. The service personnel are generally knowledgeble and helpful. The service personnel are usually correct when they assess what the problem may be and when quoting the costs of repairs. However, approximately a year ago I had a rip in the upholstery and had a difficult time trying to get it repaired. Luckily one of the senior service personnel (Rick or Rich) was familar with this problem and knew that an outside vendor had to be contacted to repair the upholstery. Thanks to Rick it took about two months to rectify this problem but at least he was instrumental in making sure that the problem was taken cars of. My Camry is approximately two years old and I have been very pleased with it and with the service department. Thank you. Valerie Francis More
All I wanted was an oil change since my 5th and final Toyota Care service was expiring. I made an appointment weeks prior for this and when I arrived for my appointment and sat with the service advisor, Toyota Care service was expiring. I made an appointment weeks prior for this and when I arrived for my appointment and sat with the service advisor, she left the room and returned 7 minutes later with the news that the Service Manager, Nick would not allow this service to be performed free because I was 1 day over. I was not made away of this 1 day over when I made the appointment, even though I explained what I needed and wanted when making this appoiontment. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HOW YOU RETAIN CUSTOMERS. More

We recently leased a 2014 Scion for both my son and myself. Jennifer Boldis was our sales rep. She was amazing! She really worked hard with our budget needs in order to make this happen. Overall, from the time I arrived, to time vehicle was serviced(10K Service) and ready (within 1 Hour), with Oil & Filter Change, Tires Rotation, and Wheel Alignment checked, that is definitely and efficient operation.
