Gary was my salesperson; He was friendly & courteous. Dealership met my price. I was not happy with the service I received from Scarlett. She "hard selled" me the $2,500 7year ext. warranty. I politely said "no thank you" She kept on trying to sell it; I kept on saying "no thank you" I told her I understand what you are saying BUT I'm not interested in buying it. And if you continue to try and sell me and if you don't move on to the next item I'm walking out. Well she again tried to tell me what a great deal it was. So I walked out. I told a manager to kill the deal because of her. Finally Gary F. came over to smooth things over. Later when it was time to sign the Finance contract............I asked Scarlett several times to see the contract/paperwork before I signed the computer signature pad. I would ask to see it and she would respond with one of the following: you'll get a copy when we're finished we sell over 700 cars a month, we know what we're doing. We wont rip you off. Why? sign the pad 6 times. Its all there. I explained that I don't sign anything without reading it first. And I had to say this multiple times. After I refused to sign, she finally showed me the contract. More

I just want to say I have bought brand new cars from lexus dealers and also audi Dealers, and my experience at Millennium toyota surpassed my previous buying experience with audi and lexus. My salesperson Al was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. he, along with John in finance made my experience pleasurable and quick. They did not have the phony attitude i have found at many car dealers, they were genuine. Something that I have found to be rare when buying a new vehicle. thanks again Al and John ! We took a short ride to look at a red Camry LE .I said that I was interested in upgrading to a XLE so we went back to the computer again & found one that was just what we wanted. We then negotiated a price & agreed to buy the car . Vinnie was very helpful & made this experience very easy. To my surprise they prepped the car & I took it home with me 1 1/2 hrs later !! I have purchased many new cars over the last 52 years but never had such a great experience buying a new car. William Ahlers More

Recent visit to Toyota for service exceeded my expectations. My car battery is getting close to five years old and I was concerned because I've had a few hard starts in the morning. I went to tw expectations. My car battery is getting close to five years old and I was concerned because I've had a few hard starts in the morning. I went to two other Auto Parts type places yesterday to have the battery tested and was told by both that they were too busy and to come back later or today. Instead I called Toyota, explained my situation and was given an appointment approximately an hour or two later. In addition, tire pressure and brakes were checked. Turned out that the battery is in good shape. To top it off, no charge!!! This is an example of outstanding customer service. Millennium Toyota is doing an excellent job. More
