This was our 4th experience at Millennium. We leased 3 Siennas and now this was our first purchase (Rav4). We have never been disappointed. All of the staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. I am a very determined type of person and I know exactly what a want. I walked in with a plan and our salesperson Jay jumped through hoops to make it happen. The insurance agent took care of contacting my current insurance company and since he is an allstate rep he also gave me a great quote. I will be calling to make the switch today. The plates were swapped and we drove off in our new ride. Completely satisfied. Thanks again Millennium!! More
Michael was such a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and went through every detail of the Corolla that we purchased. We were told that we would be called by the service department to set up an appointment for the service installation of the alarm within a week from purchase. Given that it was during the holidays we were patient and did not pursue the matter any further. I finally had to call myself to make the appointment, even though I e-mailed Fernando Gonzalez indicating that the alarm was not installed. (copies of the e-mails are available should you require them). 2) I called Fernando and asked him for a detailed bill of sale for the purchase which inavertedly we did not pick up the day we purchased the car. I gave him my fax number. He called back to indicate that he had it and that we could either pick it up and that he would also fax it since he had my fax number. 2 months later no fax, no bill of sale. I sent an e-mail to Mike Ozlow (again copy available) with no response. 3) A young lady called to take a survey of our experience with this purchase. When I started outlining my complaints she could not get off the phone fast enough...and her parting words were :" I will have my manager call you". Of course we had no further communication with this dealer. Sad that such a wonderful product (we LOVE the car) is represented by such an unprofessional crew of people. Michael was honest and clear about the terms of the lease, and about the features of the car we bought as well as the upgraded model. He was not pushy, but respected our decisions. It took more than 3 hours to conclude the sale and drive out of the dealership, but that wasn't really Michael's fault, nor the dealers--it was my insurance agent! I would have preferred more choices of colors, but I didn't want to wait for a special order. I needed a car right away. More
On February 16, my wife and I traded in our Meredes for a new Camry. Jennifer was a real pro and consumed with our satisfaction. I had gone to two other dealerships. One was under construction and the other was dishonest. I was sent to Millenium by friends who know Pat Marangiello. I purchased a 2014 Rav4 and got all the features that are important to me and more. My kids love the talking lady in the radio (Bluetooth). I have already recommended a close friend (she had and older Rav4 and loved it) I gave her Brian's number and she will be contacting him anytime now. I will be back to have my remote start and alarm system put in. Thank you Brian, Pat, John, Michael, Nicole and Julio (he put my plates on and hooked up my Bluetooth).
