Millennium Toyota

I purchased this vehicle from this dealership and have only had it serviced by them. When I called on February 21 to schedule my 25000 mile service I was told the service was free, even though the 2 year only had it serviced by them. When I called on February 21 to schedule my 25000 mile service I was told the service was free, even though the 2 year period had past since I purchased the car. The car only had 23400 miles on it. My appointment was scheduled for the following week. When I brought the car in I was then told I would be charged for the 25000 mile service. I felt like I was penalized due to the fact that I had not even reached 24000 miles on the car. Basically if you do not reach this milestone under 2 years you are penalized by being charged for this service. This was talked about with the service advisor and ignored. I was charged $40 plus tax for the service. Penalized for driving under 25000 miles in 2 years. More

Buying a car at Millennium Toyota was a great experience; Johnny and Josh made it so easy to purchase my new RAV4 and was very accommodating. They make it seem like they have known you forever. The Service Writer is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. When service is complete they explain everything that has been done. The courtesy driver is very courteous and polite. The cashiers are very nice . The restrooms are presentable. The coffee is good too. More

I would like to commend Vincent Licata, he is a wonderful sales person. Mr. Licata is a man of his word. Mr. Licata was always available to contact him whenever I needed. 3 years ago I had a leased Nissan Ro sales person. Mr. Licata is a man of his word. Mr. Licata was always available to contact him whenever I needed. 3 years ago I had a leased Nissan Rouge, but was not happy with the level of service at Nissan. Went across the street to Toyota. My experience with Vincent Licata was excellent. Vinny was able to help me with the return of my Nissan and got me into a lovely Toyota Rav 4. I have loved this car, so it was a no brained to bring back the old Rav 4 when my lease was up, and get a new Toyota Rav 4. I called Vinney and he said if I bring the car in by the end of the month, he would get me into a new car the same day. My husband did not believe it. I broght my old Rav 4 in at Thurs. Feb. 27th at 530pm and by 8pm I was in my new Rav 4. Vinney explained all the features of the new car and even set up my blue tooth for me!. The other gentlemen I spoke with regarding my insurance exchange and financing were extremely nice and effecient. I remember the name of the finance person was Rob. Sorry I don't remember the other young man's name but he was extremely helpful and fast. Thank you again, and I have continued to recommend Millennium Toyota to all my friends.
