New Car We are seniors citizens This is the first time we bought a new car so I don 't know whether the salesman or the service was good or bad. I did however have to bring the car in to have a remote start put in the car. The problem with that service was that they didn't tell me that I needed all the keys to the car and I had to go home and get the other keys then come back, that was a nuisance. More

Exorbinant Damage Assessment Reflects on Everyone The damage assessment on the returned leased car was so outrageous that I feel it reflects badly on the entire dealership and company. If I had not w The damage assessment on the returned leased car was so outrageous that I feel it reflects badly on the entire dealership and company. If I had not waited so long before the lease termination I would have gotten a third party estimate. Plus, I shouldn't have to waste my own valuable time defending a few exterior stratches over three years in one of the world's most densely populated areas. Also, I feel I forced into the less than inspiring gray color. With Henry Ford offering only Model T's almost 100 years ago, I would have thought the industry would have advanced in color choices. Both my wife and I wish we had kept the previous car - either through and extended lease or purchase. It is the same model and we liked the color - and the engine was more powerful. More
