I only went because I had the free maintenance plan but then was told I needed a bunch of other things done. I am taking my car elsewhere to get those things done as it's less expensive everywhere else. More

Thank You Mike & Mike I purchased a 2014 Toyota Yaris SE at Millennium on April 24. Just want to thank the team at Millennium Toyota for their great price and service. My i I purchased a 2014 Toyota Yaris SE at Millennium on April 24. Just want to thank the team at Millennium Toyota for their great price and service. My initial contact was with Mike Ostrow. I emailed Mike thru the website inquiring about the car I eventually purchased. I told him I had already contacted several other dealers and asked for his best price. Within minutes I had received an email back with a very good price, lower than I had found anywhere else. After a few more emails to clarify details Mike called me and we set up an appointment for the next day. When I showed up I was greeted by Mike and salesman Michael Korgood who took over from there. He showed me the car and we got down to business. The only slight sticking point was over the value of my trade. There was a bit of negotiating and a few "I'll have to check with the manager" moments but nothing out of the ordinary for these situations. In the end I was offered a fair price which I agreed too. At no point was I ever bullied, talked down to or subject to any other dealer games. Contract was signed and I was sent to Hector Maltese to arrange payment. I hadn't planned to take delivery of the car that day, figuring I would have to work out payment and insurance issues before delivery, but Michael gave me directions to a local branch for my bank and 15 minutes later I was back with check in hand. I was then sent to a lovely young lady, whose name I forget (my apologies) who contacted my insurance company for me and we were able to get the car covered right then and there. Shortly thereafter, only a couple of hours since I walked in the door, my new car was delivered to me sparkling clean and waxed and I was on my way. I highly recommend Millennium Toyota, everyone I dealt with there was friendly, polite and HONEST, but I would like to give an especially big thank you to both Mike Ostrow and Michael Korgood. Excellent!!!! This was my second time buying a car at this dealership. When I first walked in I was disappointed to find out that my last sales person was no longe This was my second time buying a car at this dealership. When I first walked in I was disappointed to find out that my last sales person was no longer there, but I was reassured that I would be in good hands with the next sales person. Johny Dietz was the sales person that came over to me. He was courteous, professional and patient with many questions that I had as I tried to decide which model would be best for me. I was looking at buying another Rav4 and had an opportunity to look at the three models available and make a decision without feeling pushed towards one model or the other. As we began to negotiate the vehicle manager Andrew Zammitto came over to assist with further questions and ensure that the next steps of the deal went thru smoothly. The next day my Rav4 was brought back to have a remote start installed and an alarm system. Hasseb Moughul was the agent that was taking care of my car. He was professional and friendly. Upon the return of my car I had a concern with the remote start and I was happy to see how it was immediately handled. Overall my experience at this dealership was far above excellent and I would highly recommend it to everyone. More
