Great car and even better customer service Juan greeted my husband and I right when we walked through the door. It was 5 pm on a Sunday (they close at 6 pm) but we didn't feel rushed or pressur Juan greeted my husband and I right when we walked through the door. It was 5 pm on a Sunday (they close at 6 pm) but we didn't feel rushed or pressured. I was interested in the Venza and the Rav and after reviewing the floor models we went on a test drive. I wound up selling my old 2003 Corolla and leased a 2014 Venza. I love the new car. My trusted Corolla was great but it was time for a new car and the Venza will be great moving forward especially in bad weather. Most importantly Juan was fantastic. He is hilarious and let us watch part of the World Cup while we were waiting for finance. He also helped us empty out our old car and waved as we left the lot. Just when I thought it couldn't have been any better it does. I had left my favorite CD in the player of my old car. I called the dealership the next day and Juan went and got my CD and even some toll money I had left in a side pocket. Talk about customer service! Sometimes you wonder if people are only nice because they want to close a sale. Even post-sale Juan was prompt and truly went out of his way. We are a Toyota family and will continue to be one moving forward. I'd definitely recommend this dealership and Juan as a sales rep :) Thank you Toyota! ReynaM More

Maria kindly walked me through the entire vehicle and physically showed me a vehicle in each level to help determine what I would need, with absolutely no pressure to make a deal. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle, so I requested to take it a step further and see what kind of deal we could make. Maria was extremely honest, patient, and respectful of what I needed. What turned out to be a day of just shopping around turned into a day of getting a great deal for a great vehicle with the help of a great salesperson. I was approached by Joseph who took his time to find out what I was looking and showed me several different models with different accessories. After test driving my choice I decided to purchase. I. However had a budget I needed to stay within. After some back and forth offers I was able to get the terms I needed. Within two and half hours of my arrival I drove my new 2014 toyota Camry XLE home. My only regret is not having many of the accessories explained. More
