Labor Day weekend Purchase and Driveaway!!! I met with Mark at 10:30am on Sat. 8/30 and left with a new Toyota Sienna at 2pm. Mark stayed on top of his co-workers in Insurance, Finance and Fina I met with Mark at 10:30am on Sat. 8/30 and left with a new Toyota Sienna at 2pm. It seemed like he was with me the whole 3-1/2 hours and during a Labor Day weekend sales event the place was extremely busy and it was nice have him still work hard after he had already sold me a car. Enthusiastic, Informative, Professional, and Efficient! Brian was friendly and very enthusiastic about the renovated Toyota Corolla. He took time to explain all the improvements, all the safety features, a Brian was friendly and very enthusiastic about the renovated Toyota Corolla. He took time to explain all the improvements, all the safety features, and all the advantages of buying a Toyota. During the test drive, he was truly proud of the vehicle and all that it could do. Unlike other dealerships, whose test drives last 5 minutes and are just 4 right turns, Brian took us down a few longer streets and really showed off the engine, handling, and comfortable ride. During our visit, Brian was also helping other customers, but we never felt ignored or overlooked. He answered all our questions and seemed genuinely concerned about meeting our needs in a vehicle. The rest of the staff, from the financing to insurance agents were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. This was the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. More
