The manager Dimitri Loannides was professional,knowledgeable and very informative. Had a good personality and was easy to get along with and did not put any undue pressure on us in buying the 2017 Sonata. He is an asset to your organization. More
Sales staff not very dedicated to a customer. I went in for a test drive on Saturday 02/17 that lasted about 10 minutes in local traffic stop signs and traffic lights. Certainly not enough time to figure if I really liked the car. The sales person had to be found even though I had a set appointment which was confirmed a few times. I even got a call while I was in the showroom to confirm but still no sales person. Eventually he showed up. From the time he greeted me till he finally got the car he was interacting with other people instead of getting the test car. The only reason I went there was for a test drive. I guess the salesperson thought he could get me into a new car with 12 months remaining on my currant lease. Any sane person knows that does not go well. I finally had to put an end to his painful negotiations and tell him this conversion is over. So as I was leaving I guess someone he works with suggested that they appraise my car to see if they want to buy it. I figure what the heck at least I get a free appraisal. So one of the managers goes out looks over the car then disappears. He or anyone ever came back to me with an appraisal. Just to go back in time. I was there a few week ago to look at car and the same sales person kept trying to get me to take a test drive and negotiate a deal. I told him did not have time right now. I guess that did not matter to him. To make make this part of the story short we just walked. So to sum up if you go to this dealer be prepared that the sales people may multitask while trying to take care of you. Not the way to do business. More

Extra mile I went into Hyundai be to check a problem with my Elantra. I came into the dealership on the sales side and met Bryan Eustache one of the sales manage I went into Hyundai be to check a problem with my Elantra. I came into the dealership on the sales side and met Bryan Eustache one of the sales managers. He not only walked me over to the service department, but he introduced me to Manny one of the guys in service and told him everything I voiced to Bryan before I knew he was only from the sales department. Later while waiting for my car in service Bryan walked into the waiting area to check in on me to see how everything was going. I have been to many places and customer service like this isn't common of someone actually willing to show great service to someone not even looking to buy a car. Needless to say, when I do change my car I will go straight to see Bryan! Manny was also great and they helped me with my car. Overall I am more than pleased with Millennium Hyundai. More

So......... 3 months after getting my 2014 Hyundai Sonata, this is what I have to say about Millennium Hyundai, when I purchased my car I was told by So......... 3 months after getting my 2014 Hyundai Sonata, this is what I have to say about Millennium Hyundai, when I purchased my car I was told by the pre-owned manager and the general manager that I will get a $200 referral fee if I sent somebody to buy a car.... I sent a friend of mine to the dealership and my friend purchase the car within a week!! my salesperson Jose filled out paperwork twice in regard to my referral fee & I am calling and calling & calling...... I am being ignored!!!!! Nobody wants to speak to me now I was also told that being that a general manager Jerry is no longer there my referral fee is null and void!!!! I think that this is so unfair it's spoiled my ENTIRE experience with millennium Hyundai. IT'S not even about the money NOW!!! But about treating your customers BETTER and not just using the fake nice guy tactics to sell cars!! More
