I received a letter and a phone call from this dealership saying they wanted to take me out of my lease which had 5 more payments to go because they want pre-owned cars in good shape to re-sell. I went down to speak to the sales manager Joe P. on a Saturday morning -who right from the beginning kept telling me that the deal is not complete until I sign the contract and meet with the finance manager Willy (who by the way is the nicest man in this place). Joe insisted I leave a deposit, but did state I can get my deposit back if I did not like what the finance manager had to say on Monday. So, I went back to the dealership on a Monday to speak with Willy the finance manager and decided that I cannot lease the car for the amount at this time that they were stating because, of course, all the amounts changed and they said it was due to my credit rating. I explained I had a few things going on personally and maybe in another month or two I would think about leasing again, because I was in no rush due to the fact that I still had 5 more months to go on my present lease. I asked for my check deposit back, and this is when they all got "ugly and nasty on me." They said they processed the check already - which annoyed me because I never signed any paperwork. Joe right from the beginning stated it would not go through until I signed and agreed on the price and signed the contract. They gave me a hard time and said they have to process a return check form and their internet was not working, yada, yada, yada. Then Joe P. had the nerve to tell me that it was only "money" and I would get the check back soon. What a thing to tell me in this day and age. I work hard for my money and if he thought it was "only money" than he should have reached into his own pocket and give me back the money !!! Rude, nasty and they made me feel like a criminal who was stealing her own check back !!!! It was my money guys. Not yours !!!! Needless to say, I was furious that I was treated like this. I have used many dealerships in the past, and this one by far, has got to be the worst. I will never use them again - and I am seriously thinking of not using any other Hyundai dealers in the future. I have a few relatives who have leased from this dealership and believe me, I will tell all of them about my horrible experience with this dealership. More

we got a lease for our hyundai kona when it first came out because of kenny such an amazing sell specialist, we’ve experience really bad sales specialists before because of our skin color and credit but w out because of kenny such an amazing sell specialist, we’ve experience really bad sales specialists before because of our skin color and credit but with kenny we didn’t get any bad vibes or talked down on. if you want a new car and someone to work with you well i definitely recommend kenny. Arrogant and ignorant Wanted to checkout Palisade since I am in market for 7 seats car. Salesman (?) 'Joe' who was sitting on elevated table, told me they have the car and it is at the back of the lot and door is unlocked so I can check out by myself. After walking down to the back of the lot I found out only this car was locked, all of the car is locked, obviously. When I went back to office and told him, then he started looking for the KEYS which were right behind him dangling on the wall!!!. Then I know, how arrogant and ignorant he is. If you want to $40,000+ on car, PLEASE, look for another honest, descent dealer who treats you with respect. Such a looser!!! More
