I brought my 2020 Santa Fe in for a scheduled appointment on 11/3/21 and when I called the next day I was told it was not even looked at, and it may be another day, there were 7 cares ahead of mine. Why take appointments if they cannot handle scheduled repairs. As for calling service I waited for over 45 minutes for someone to answer my call. Parking is another problem, the lot is too small and you cannot find street parking. The lot is so full they need to pull cars out onto the street to move cars. This is not a good sign. I picked my car up that day , unseen and left. The service dept. needs more Mechanics and staff. I will not get another Hyundai. As for service the car has 12,500 miles on it and I brought it in to get the transmission checked. I was told I had to pay $160 for a transmission diagnosis test. I was informed that this was standard. So what happen to the warranty? Makes you wonder. Think before you go there for service. More
Horrible! Took 3000.00 down payment and promised car but never delivered. They never followed up with me and it wasn’t until leaving 2 messages that I was able to finally speak to someone. The salesman lied through his teeth saying that he was getting delivery of vehicle from another dealership, 6 days later suddenly he can’t get the car. I had purchased two vehicles on the same day from another Hyundai dealer on the same day and always had the car serviced as scheduled. After having a check engine light appear on one, I was told by the comp Hyundai dealer on the same day and always had the car serviced as scheduled. After having a check engine light appear on one, I was told by the competitor dealer after driving to their site I could not leave my vehicle there and they had no appointments would be available for weeks. I was able to get an appointment at Millennium. Ryan was very clear on what I could expect once I brought in my vehicle and Mark described what needed to be done to the vehicle after inspection. Both gentleman were clear and provided the kind of customer service that a consumer deserves. I will be bringing my vehicle to Millennium going forward. More
Price gouging galore, use TruCar or at least check neighboring dealerships and see for yourselves. The 5 stars is for the manager, Ryan Shim. After 6 frustrating days of trying to get a loaner car while my 2019 Hyundai Tucson was in the shop for a recall and engine problems, Ryan was the only perso frustrating days of trying to get a loaner car while my 2019 Hyundai Tucson was in the shop for a recall and engine problems, Ryan was the only person who helped me right on the spot. Not the dealership, not Hyundai headquarters. Shame on all of them for working so hard to lose a potential loyal customer. Ryan singlehandedly restored my faith in Hyundai. He was professional. competent, compassionate and kind. He listened to the rankings and ravings of an angry unappreciated customer and was able to calm me down and send me off the lot with a beautiful loaner car. Thank you, Ryan. You deserve a raise!! We just had an amazing experience buying our 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at Millennium. We're first time customers and we were was blown away at how fast, professional and courteous they were. She was honest and upfront about everything, she gave us all the details of our great new SUV and she, and her team, were able to honor the national lease special that we were interested in.
