I walked into Millenium Hyundai after visiting a couple of other dealers in the area. I explained to Oscar Morel what I budgeted for and was not successful elsewhere. I am sure Oscar and his colleagues weren't planning on working there that late but they have a satisfied customer who will reccomend them for this excellent customer service. One day in and I am loving this vehicle. More
One month ago, I had the pleasure of working with Michael Hariton for the purchase of my first vehicle, a Sonata. He was straightforward and responsive to my needs as a buyer. I was treated with respect and left the dealership happy with my purchase. I waited one month to write this review because I wanted to see how I felt after the excitement of a new car wore off. I am still very happy with my Sonata, the price I paid, the service I received from Mr. Hariton, and the Millennium Hyundai dealership as a whole. I highly recommend Michael and Millennium to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
I went to millennium after deciding to buy a new Hyundai. Upon arrival I met with didier who came across as Very professional and knowledgeable. My initial visit was for inquiry purposes and to get a feel for the people I was doing business with. After being there for approx. 2 hours and not even a word of price about the car that I wanted was brought up, I was getting a feeling that I'm in the wrong place. When you have not so good credit you have to be very careful who you do business with because they will try and take advantage of you. They do just that at this dealership. On my first visit it was made for me to believe that they were "helping me out" (A phrase that was said many times). After having me fill out a credit application, giving entirely too much personal information, and a 200.00 deposit( after expressing my concerns about giving up a deposit without discussing a vehicle) I was told that we will call you and let you know. I was not too optimistic about what information I would get next so I decided to visit another dealer and weigh out my options. Totally different experience. On my second visit to millennium I met with didier once again and was asked to fill out another credit application. After about an hour I wAs approached and questioned about my visit to a competitive dealer. Then immediately rushed out to see a car I was to believe was mine, however it was not the car I wanted. There was still no diss usDoin of price of the car. At this point I was sure that I was in the wrong place. After viewin the car we went inside and I was shown some rediculous numbers. I immediately declined and asked for a better deal. Reference's kept being made about my credit opportunities. When asking questions about exact numbers I continued to get very vauge answers so after about 4 hours of being haggled about the car I was shown and clearly said no to numerous times, I was ready to go. I asked for my deposit to be returned and I was gonna leave. Then I was introduced to Sean the finance manager who decided that we were gonna go over my credit report as if I didn't know what was on it. I felt very uncomfortable with this practice and declined once again. After several more NO's I told them to refund my deposit and I left. After being told it would take three to five business days for my refund. I received a call from didier two days later asking if I wanted to go forward with the deal when I clearly said no several times. They have had more than enough time to refund my money but still have not so I will have to go about getting my money in another way. This dealer has poor business practices and are very unprofessional I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone let alone step foot in there again. More
Max was a great salesperson to deal with. Efficient in his presentation, Max described the many hundais in the lot regarding navigation systems, engines, sunroofs, dual temperature controls, interior and his presentation, Max described the many hundais in the lot regarding navigation systems, engines, sunroofs, dual temperature controls, interior and exterior color combos etc. Max dilligently worked to keep me satisfied that I would leave your salesroom driving a Hundai, and of course I did. His demeanor kept me there as he was always a gentleman, firm but never pushy or arrogant, and always smiling. Shermica of course gave the last word on closing the deal.Kudos to Shermica Malcolm on her frienliness and warm smile. Not only did she exude enthusiasm at the time of purchase, she was dilligent to come outside to shake hands with my husband and myself at the time of pick-up. Please add this to my comments. Hats off to the both of them! More

My sister recommended Willie and Millennium Hyundai. She had leased a sonata the week before. As she said the staff was helpful in assisting me with a decision of leasing vs. buying. Great service from Max and an excellent follow up from both fred and shermica. Max is a great salesman who answered all my questions. Walked in at 2pm and met Dee. He listened to my questions, laid out several possible options within my Price Range. Came back at six after having dinner and running a couple of errands, and drove questions, laid out several possible options within my Price Range. Emailed Dee several times and even visited him again after the purchase and each time he patiently answered whatever questions I had. OVERALL I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. JARED WAS VERY HELPFUL AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE. THE PRICE I THINK COULD HAVE BEEN LOWER. AFTER WE LEFT THAT NIGHT I THINK I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETT AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE. THE PRICE I THINK COULD HAVE BEEN LOWER. WHILE WE THEIR MANY PEOPLE WERE IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR SERVICE AND COMPLAINED OF THE LENGTH OF TIME THEY HAD TO WAIT. I HOPE WHEN I NEED SERVICE I DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG. IT TOOK US A WHILE BEFORE WE GOT A SALESPERSON, IT WAS BUSY. BUT LIKE I SAID HE WAS A GOOD SALEMAN, AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. More
