Good Afternoon Ms. Deaner, I'm sorry you are upset regarding your recent purchase at Millennium Hyundai and I apologize for the delay in responding to you. My email address you sent your concerns to was not working so I'm glad that you re-sent your letter to the correct address. I spoke to all parties involved; Willie your salesman, Joe your Finance Manager, Josiah our Sales Manager and even Jason our General Manager and all assured me that you received a fair deal. Everyone has gone out of their way to make you happy and you brand our offer to come to your job as ridiculous. It wasn't. Willie was simply trying to make things easier. With our customer's busy schedules, going to a customer's home or business happens quite often. I reviewed the details of your sales contract in the computer and I have to agree with them that you made a good deal on your Genesis. The $1000.00 you're questioning was applied to your trade-in value which is why you don't see it as a sperate amount on your contract. I'm sorry too that you feel you are being ignored when calling in but everyone I spoke to has either spoken to you or your father at least once if not more. At this point I'm not sure what, if anything, I can do to make you happy. You purchased a vehicle at a fair price and weren't forced to buy anything additional. You say yourself that you knew the price before taking delivery and there was ample time to question or cancel your purchase before moving forward so I don't know what "shady deal" you are referring to.
