Very friendly but when it got down to prices they pulled major scams changing the #s multiple times. They were also trying to get our credit card before any negotiations in order to force a transaction with major scams changing the #s multiple times. Unresponsive...I asked them not to perform a service, which they did. Then broke my radio, had to come back when parts available, library CD was missing when radio was replaced. After 50 phone calls to follow up I visited with the invoice from library for $30 (which has locked my account); that particular person never heard of my issue. After being informed I would be called, I was never called (never after each 50 times I called) until yesterday, after I filed complaint with BBB. They said there was no CD. The other 4 are in the case in my car...the missing one? Never existed, really? More

My elderly relative went to Millenium Hyundai to purchase a car. Reggie Drumgold took advantage of his age and good nature and got him to sign a contract that added over $3000 in costs above the MSRP to the a car. He also lied about the financing rates and charged outrageous interest. We had to go back to the dealership and after much arguing and fighting for 3 hours, removed much of the extra total expenses and financing charges. He then replaced some of the charges with other "Dealer Admin" fees that weren't there before. This caused us to spend another visit for 2 more hours to go through the paper work all over again. STAY AWAY from Millenium Hyundai and Reggie Drumgold !! He was very rude, unprofessional, aggressive and is a scam artist! If you want a good deal for a Hyundai car, go somewhere else --because you will only be scammed and disappointed at this place More
Rude. Held my car for 7 days with constant phone calls to her and FRED, they were always unavailable neither one knew what the other was doing. I live 300 miles away, stuck in a hotel for 6 days and they di her and FRED, they were always unavailable neither one knew what the other was doing. I have never been treated so poorly by a car dealership in my life. The lack of respect for the customer is just beyond belief. When a customer explains the problem with a car, they should listen. I am a Hyundai customer for the last 8 years when I bought my first Sonata (at a dealership in NYC). The visit to this dealer was so much more pleasant. They really went out of their way to show me t bought my first Sonata (at a dealership in NYC). The visit to this dealer was so much more pleasant. They really went out of their way to show me the car(s) I wanted to see and worked within my budget. Though I wanted to go to other dealerships to see what I would find... I was sold on the new 2013 Sonata SE 2.0T... I love it!!! I pray I am as lucky with this car as I was with my 2004 Sonata. More
had new car 32 days. warning light for tire was on , called for appointment, Fred wanted me to wait three days for appointment, said they were too busy. Millennium Hyundai should be forgotten for service needs. Go to South Shore at their new location. More
