Run Away Fast I was a repeat Hyundai customer. Never again. Took possession of a Santa Fe sport. As a previous Santa Fe owner I didn't test drive the vehicle as I l I was a repeat Hyundai customer. As a previous Santa Fe owner I didn't test drive the vehicle as I liked the first one and couldn't imagine how or why subsequent models would be worse but it is. I've been a new car person for twenty five years , changing about every 3-4 years for quality , comfort and warranty reasons. This Santa Fe sport is the worst vehicle I've been in by far and my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Four days after getting this vehicle I returned to the dealer with complaints about the suspension and ride quality which was jarringly poor. I was told that nothing was wrong and that it takes a while to "break-in" ,ridiculous claim for a dealer to make. At the first service I repeated the complaint and again was told nothing was wrong. At 6k miles they repaired the hood which rattled loose. At 8k the driver door and hinge had buckled and the door was compressing against the front quarter panel. This was repaired yet I was told that nothing was wrong. Currently the door is buckling again but I'm told that everything is fine. The regional service manager was brought in to tell me that everything was fine. But he couldn't answer why a brand new vehicle that hasn't been involved in an accident requires body work multiple times. I need to jump start this car once a week. The traction control system is a joke , (I was "stuck" at a stop sign in a recent snowfall since the wheels wouldn't move , wouldn't even spin...traction control locked out) and there's an exhaust leak. But I'm told everything is fine. They'll be glad to take your money for service tho. Which is another point. I was told that I had one-year free full maintenance on this vehicle which evidently means three free oil changes. Do yourself a favor and go up the road a block to Honda. Same owner so might be the same but they couldn't be worse. Once they get you on a contract here you're on your own. They do not support their customers , despite referring five buyers to them , and do not stand behind their vehicles More
The worst serve ever! I have had a very unpleasant experience with Millennim Hyundai. I brought my car in for a service on a part that was covered by warranty. Due to the problem with my 2011 Santa Fe the car would not hold a charge and would need to be jumped to move it anywhere. After two days they informed me that the battery needed to be replaced for $200 "plus". When I refused to allow them to replace the battery the car all of a sudden had another problem and would not be able to be fixed unless the battery was replaced. The only way that I could get my vehicle returned to me is if I paid for them to replace the battery or towed it away. The service manger Greg did offer to give me a "deal" on the battery of $175. I had no choice or options so I allowed them to replace the battery. In the middle of these issues I received a call from Forest to try and talk me into purchasing a new Hyundai from Millennium.... really I guess I did not spend enough money on the battery and now they want me to purchase a new car from them... LOL don't think that will happen in my lifetime. More

We did not have to compromise on any one of them and got more than requested including good hot coffee! Eric was wonderful and explained the car better than the manual. Everyone, without exception, was friendly and courteous and answered all our questions without hesitation - from the insurance agent to Jeff in finance. Service dept was knowledgeable and efficient as we had to register the returning car for mileage. Thank you all! More

Quick and Friendly service I receive courtesy calls every few months from Hyundai which I appreciate as this reminded me to schedule an appointment to address the recall on my 2 I receive courtesy calls every few months from Hyundai which I appreciate as this reminded me to schedule an appointment to address the recall on my 2012 Hyundai Tucson. My car was taken in immediately to be serviced and I was kindly informed of the maintenance schedule and given recommendations of what to address during that visit by Jadira. She was very courteous and I observed how she also handled other customers, keeping them updated on the progress of their cars and apologizing for any inconveniences. I was in and out very quickly and was extremely pleased with the overall service, especially on a Monday which tends to be a busy day. More

I felt they went out of their way to offer me prompt courteous service. Most important to me was the cost of the service. Manny was especially fair in determining this aspect. He was empowered to make decisions based on the circumstances and not just quote the company (usually very high) cost of services. This was a very different experience than I have had at other Hyundai dealerships More
WORST SERVICE…. RIP OFF… RUDE I asked fro a quote to get 3 different services done. They tell me this package includes all 3 services that I want for a cheaper price. At the end I find out that they want to charge me sperately for the services. They wanted to take advantage of me. They went back took away the services they did. When speaking to the manager he said he can't do anything and that his employees would never offer me that package. He ran away to his office and never came back. He wouldn't even answer the phone. Stay FARRRRRR away from this place. These people are NASTY and RUDE. They will take all your money and they run a HUGE SCAM. More

We put $100 deposit on the car that we were told by both the salesperson and manager that was fully refundable if we did not choose to buy the vehicle - this was simply to hold the car a few days. When we went back, we discussed some previous damage to the car as the salesperson pulled the car out of the spot, he damaged the rims even further by scraping the tires/rims against the curb. When we pointed this out he told us "it's ok, it's a used car." Needless to stay, we didn't purchase the car and then we're told that the money would take a few days to be refunded and processed. I waited for the money to be refunded for a week, and had to call the dealership twice. Both times a receptionist took my info and said a manager would call back. They never did so I had to file a claim with my bank. I called back to tell them about this and that I was going to report it so that it wouldn't happen to others and a manager still wouldn't get on the phone with me. Terrible salesperson and bad business in general. Don't give them your business. More
