He is so kind, patient, understanding, and great conversation while I waited through the process and you can tell he is all about family and I loved that. He made sure I was ok, he offered coffee, hot chocolate, soda and water. The sales manager Nikki she is awesome, she will go the extra mile to make sure the sale goes smooth and everything is what you wanted. Even the other associate all kept asking me if I was okay and if I needed anything. I would recommend if you are looking to lease or purchase a vehicle check them out. I am loving my Tuscon. More
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Millennium Hyundai. I have had my car for less than a month, and it already started smoking and broke down on me. When I tried to return the car, the sales manager refused, stating I couldn't return the vehicle. Attempts to speak with the general manager have been repeatedly stonewalled, likely because they knew they sold me a vehicle with numerous issues. My car has now been at the dealership for more than three weeks, and communication with the service department has been abysmal. I receive no updates, and was initially told it was one issue. However, after I threatened to have another mechanic check the car, they suddenly found another issue. It seems like no one is willing to help. As a single mother raising my daughter alone, the sales team was aware of my situation, and I feel they took advantage of me. I want to return the car because I know it will continue to have problems. I will never purchase from this dealership again. They are scammers who will sell you a defective car. Avoid them at all costs. More
Everyone at the service station was excellent, from receiving my call, getting me in right away, fixing the problem (which turned out to be minor) right away & checking out. Don’t purchase a Hyundai from this dealership! I did and I regret it. They absolutely suck! My salesman was let go the day after I purchased my Santa Fe. After driving it for 2 months, it stopp I did and I regret it. They absolutely suck! My salesman was let go the day after I purchased my Santa Fe. After driving it for 2 months, it stopped on a highway going 60mph. Just stopped. 1800 miles on it. We could have been killed. After numerous calls to this dealership I tried to have it towed to the service department. Unfortunately the service dept. was closed due to it had too many cars to repair. It was finally towed to another dealer who had it for over 2 months and couldn’t repair it. I was also without a loaner vehicle for over a week so I called the sales manager at Millennium (Omar) to ask for his assistance in getting me a loaner and he never returned my call. Once they get your money and you drive that car out of their showroom, they could care less that they sold you a lemon. They are a bunch of snakes! No consideration at all! Eventually, we had to use the lemon law and after 8 weeks of pure stress and aggravation, we were able to get a full refund. This was my 4th Hyundai and I will never buy another Hyundai as long as I live. More

My car is in the service fir more than 2 months and nothing was done yet. Engine failure , second time. Full of excuses. As a former consumer of pick up trucks, I considered myself fortunate to find a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Palisade limited , the only one on the lot with a towing capacity of 5,500 lbs .I had a very person myself fortunate to find a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Palisade limited , the only one on the lot with a towing capacity of 5,500 lbs .I had a very personable salesman who negotiated the installation of the tow hitch and wire harness. I thought this would be an ideal replacement for a pick up truck. 11 months later, I still have no tow hitch or wire harness. Partly due to the incompetence of sales and service department and also to the manufacturer. My car has sat for a full day at Millenium Hyundai for an oil change at time of service only to find at time of pick up, my car was un touched. When they tried to accommodating me in a hurry, I got my car back with grease all over my mat. I know there are genuinely caring people who work there but they are few and far between. More
