I have never been treated so badly by a customer service rep. I brought my car in because it has a oil leak, my car is new a sedan year 2022 with less than 20K miles. The first thing I was ask was “what do you want us to do” I said my car was under warranty but that mean nothing because I was immediately told by Orlando the advisor or customer rep, honestly now sure what is his title, that he doubt that the warranty will cover that. I don’t know about cars but I do know a new car cannot be leaking oil that is an indicator of a mayor problem. Then he ask why did I bring the car there and that I needed to take the car to the last place where it was served, which was another Honda dealer. Currently I’m waiting for my car to be fully diagnose but I will never go back to Millennium Honda. They don’t treat you with respect More
This morning 12/7/23 at 8:30AM, I went to service shop with scheduled appointment, for a recall and check engine light issue. I was take in gladley and was asked to be seated. After waiting for four hours I asked the lady about service status, who registered me in. I was told that mechanic is not on podium we will call you shortly. At 1:30 PM After total waiting of five hors I was informed that we are short of mechanics and we are unable to provide you service today. Would you like to come tomorrow? I was pissed off for waiting so many hors. I said I wish I would have brought my blanket and pillow, instead of going back home I could stretch my legs on waiting room floor, and wait for service till next day. My experience this is a worst place for service. By the way I asked for manager to speak with, but he was not available. So be aware no mechanic, no manager, no service. Only anger. More
