My wife and I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. Absolutely pathetic customer service and rude employees. Unfortunately as I was parking my car in the customer parking lot at the dealership ,to make a phone call prior to entering service area ,there was a very large Cintas truck ( picking up from the dealer parking lot at the dealership ,to make a phone call prior to entering service area ,there was a very large Cintas truck ( picking up from the dealership I was told), parked too close to entrance of lot. While making the turn into lot ( not the service area), my car sustained damage from the trucks almost invisible black overhang. I have never had something like this happen to me before and the damage to my car is costing me $1.200.00 to repair. I advised the dealership of same as I would not have wanted same thing to happen another customer. Apart from this incident I have no complaints with the dealership. Eilish GILMARTIN. More
