Worth the distance to get this service i worked with Mark Skawinski in service. He was very knowledgeable and offered prompt service. I received great customer service on the phone before I got there. When I arrived at Millenium Honda the service center was clean. The staff was clean, professional, and upbeat at 9:30 in the morning. No frenzy, no attitudes, no noise! Plenty of helpful staff. Decent waiting area. Shuttle service to my home which I love. I was really concerned about my CRV because I had never purchased a used car before, and did not know what to expect on this service visit. All I knew was it was time for an oil change. I knew I had other concerns but did not know how to articulate them since I am not mechanically inclined. Paul Mosca anticipated my needs and went above and beyond to service my car without me feeling like he was pressured to up-sell me but genuinely cared about my vehicles safety and performance. He delivered as promised same day. The price was fair and accurate and I was contacted as promised before the work began. My car was clean and waiting up front when I arrived. No check out lines. CRV is running great thanks to Paul and the service team at Millenium Honda. Great team atmosphere. I would work there if they needed a customer service agent! I did not by my CRV here and I was still treated professionally in a timely manner. Dealerships that I have purchased SUV's from in the past where I spent 35 or 42 thousand dollars did not treat me this way. Awesome service center! More
