I've purchased my Honda Odessey at Millennium Honda and been very happy since. They are completely kind and knowledgeable unlike P.S. Honda of Manhasset. Each time I was slipped in for service on a Sat and been very happy since. They are completely kind and knowledgeable unlike P.S. Honda of Manhasset. Each time I was slipped in for service on a Saturday or Sunday I would be greeted respectfully and tended expeditiously. The waiting rooms are immaculate. Coffee and tea options are endless while my children gets entertained with tv and/or reading. Mark Skawinski YOU ROCK!!! Thank you for having my Honda clean and making my day!!!! More
On 2/8/14 I took my 2005 Honda Civic for much needed service. While my civic has served my daughter and I well, I have been contemplating needing a new car (SUV) to meet our needs. I was met initially by Guy who was a stellar gentleman, kind and professional who referred by to Maveita. Maveita provided knowledgable, progrofessioal, and excellent service. She even made sure my fidgety 6 year old daughter was comfy and made sure she had a warm cup of coa coa. Maveita was attentive to my needs,and was honest about how and what she is able to do to. Honestly if I may not have felt confident and sure about my choice to transition if it weren't for Maveita. Maveita is a stellar saleswoman, focused and dedicated. Thanks to Moveita, my daughter and I are enjoying our 2014 CRV, not to mention we love the color (Blue). Moveita even took the time to call me a to make sure I was satisfied, and she did not forget to tell me to tell my daughter hello. I nominate Moveita as"The saleswoman of the year". She is an asset to the company, approachable, believable, and real. Thank you again Mavieta. I can't leave out Guy who was amazing, he took the time to provide in prompt to shuttle service to my home (To get a document) from Hempstead to Copiague), to complete a sale, and even stopped to McDonalds to ensure my daughter had lunch before we were on our way. WOW! Now that is a day well spent, with quality stellar service!!. More
Three weeks ago, I was towed to a Brooklyn, NY service station after a failure in the starter engine in my Honda EX 2006. When the battery was disconnected, the codes for the Navigation System and Radio w station after a failure in the starter engine in my Honda EX 2006. When the battery was disconnected, the codes for the Navigation System and Radio were not entered. When I supplied the code numbers, The Nav system worked promptly, but the fourth digit of the radio was corrupted. I went to Bay Ridge Honda dealership, and they kept me over three hours, only to tell me that they couldn't fix the situation. They claimed they called my original Honda dealer Millenium in Hempstead, NY and they refused to supply the code information. They never attempted to pull the radio and re-program it. I myself called Millenium, which is now 25 miles away from where I currently live, and was greeted cheerily on the phone by a young lady who said that I should bring the car in, and promised me they could easily solve the problem. I drove out to Hempstead to the immaculate and friendly dealership and was greeted by a wonderful, warm, friendly young man Frank Trotta. Not only did Frank inspire confidence, he did everything possible to make sure that my problem would be solved and kept updating me on the timeline. He even offered to drive my wife and me into the local town top ensure our comfort. The computer also detected a safety issue update from Honda which would be fixed at the same time. Not only was the car delivered and serviced promptly and accurately, but the staff actually washed my car! I can only relate, that after all the frustrations I previously experienced with Bay Ridge, the experience with Millenium was fantastic. More over, I will certainly consider buying my next car at Millenium, because this place runs so professionally and honestly. Dr. Bertrand Agus More
I got a 15k mile routine service done at millennium Honda this morning. I had a great experience and recommend using their service department. My service advisor was Frank Trotta; he was very knowledgable about my vehicle and remembered me from my last visit (which I thought was awesome). My car was ready to go in about 60 minutes and it was not express service! I am impressed! I even saved 10% by booking online (Frank reminded me at the cashier). Generally, all the employees are helpful and friendly, the lounge areas are extremely clean, there is a brand new user-friendly coffee machine, the vending machines are fully stocked, there are iPads and complementary wifi for customers. This is my fifth visit and it keeps getting better and better. More

After taking my car for an oil change it was damaged. I like millennium Honda because the usually provide me with good service so I was not hesitant that they would not fix it. I was sent to a body scheduled to drop off my car then called Honda back because I need a loaner for work which I was told I would be provided with one. I was told to come in Monday at 6pm (8/19/13) to pick a loaner that would be ready for me, when I arrived the story had changed. According to the service advisor they have no record of a loaner being put aside for me or any paper work stating the damage to my car. The service manager Matt Morison seemed to busy to leave his chair and speak with me. This was a complete waste of my time and insulting as well. All this happened after I rated millennium Honda with an excellent review in all categories. If you're going to get service done here I suggest you triple check your paper work and all Procedures before doing anything because it seems like every other employee has a different story. I will no longer be using millennium Honda for my service needs since they seem to be a little unprofessional for my liking. More
So I bought my car over at millennium honda and loved the experience I had. So I went in for my very first oil change and was extremely excited, it being my first car. So I went in at 630 and expected with the "express" oil change for it to take 1 hour maybe 1 and a half hours at most. Not only was that not true, I dealt with the people at the desk being unattentive to customers, just hanging out because management seemed not to be around. My girlfriend And I were waiting there for 3 hours and got my car back at 10 o clock. I was extremely upset along with many other customers that day, 3 & a half hours for a oil change what really went wrong. I contacted or tried to contact multiple people but it took them a week after for the GM to actually contact me. All I got was an apology and not even a explanation. Needless to say I will never be going to millenium honda for service because I can understand a long wait, but at least inform your customers that there is something going wrong. I personally witnessed the "mechanic" drive the car to the lift at 640. Horrible service and horrible waste of a night, I'll be doing my own oil changes, only reason why I went in for this oil change is because it was for free. More
