Excellent Service When I bought my 2007 Honda odyssey in to be service, Mark made me feel ver comfortable and assured me that my vehicle will be checked out fully . And about 30 minutes later Mark informed me of their findings and then clearly explained to me what needed to be done and what it would cost if I was not covered under warranty , Then Mark Proceeded to look deeper in to my extended warranty and learned that I had Honda Care , Which meant the repairs would not cost me anything. Great Service I came in in the evening with a nail in my tire. I was taken immediately and i told Mark what I needed and when the car should be down which was with I came in in the evening with a nail in my tire. Millennium Honda Service Team Does It Again !! Took my wife's CRV this morning for oil change, NYS Inspection and to check the TMS sensor. Dealt with Mark from the Service Department. After telling Mark what I needed, Mark also recommended a tire rotation but I told him that I would do it next time. Mark agreed and didn't give me any BS story about the tire rotation. I have dealt with many service department and all of them always try to squeeze more money. Mark didn't do that. He was very professional and friendly. I look forward in servicing my 2 Hondas with Millennium. More
