Excellent Service Advisor I have been bringing my Hondas in for service at Millenium Honda in Hempstead for many years now as it's convenient to where I work. I have developed a wonderful relationship with my Service Advisor, Greg Andrews, who is always there for me and always meets or exceeds my needs. Greg greets me heartily by name whenever I come in, makes me feel welome, always provides information and education to me so I can make an educated decision, and consistently follow up to let me know when my vehicles are ready for pick up. I truly appreciate our working relationship. Greg should be nominated for Servcie Advisor of the Year! More

Greg Andrews has been taking car of my cars for years and he is the best service manager/advisor I could wish for. I feel confident that I am getting the best advise and really trust Greg to tell me what's going on with my car and what it needs to keep it in tip top shape. He has years of experience and is really knowledgeable. I currently own three cars from this dealership: a Fit , a Civic and the ridgeline. Greg expertly takes care of them all and will continue to do so for years to come. It's a good feeling to know you can trust the person who takes care of the our cars. I highly recommend Greg and the whole service team. From the second you pull in and are greeted to when you pull away it is a great experince. The cashier that helped was so nice and friendly. Great team and my car gets fixed right the first time. More

I've been dealing with Greg off and on for more than 15 years. In fact, he helped me out on the morning of 9/11 before I went off to my office in the World Trade Center. He told me to bring it right in and explained how long it would take. So I was provided a loaner and I was on my way. Next day he called me to pick up my vehicle. It doesn't get any better than that, reliability, efficiency and professionalism. Its good to see to that the culture in this dealership is about providing great customer service!!.
