EXCELLENT SERVICE I am taking the time to give this review to highlight what I feel was excellent service by both the dealership and the service writer. I was greeted immediately, the person understood exactly what needed to be done, and he engaged me in some friendly conversation as well. He introduced me to Harris to write up a work order. Within a second Harris discussed my problem ( tire pressure light had to be reset after an unfortunate flat) and also noted that there was a safety recall that should be taken care of... I was hesitant because of the time needed...but decided to go ahead with it. Harris somehow expediated everything... I read some pages in a book I had brought along... had some hot chocolate...and before i could look at my watch the car was ready... It was a truly great experience... I want the especially note that Harris was excellent in caring for my car when we went outside to retrieve it.... he is a great asset to your company... thanks for the opportunity to praise some really great service and people Mark Weinstein More

He was knowledgeable, polite and answered my questions. He estimated the time necessary to complete the repairs. I decided to wait for the car to be finished. After awhile, Mark came over and explained a few other things to me and updated me on when the car would be ready. I found him to be very professional. The fact that he was so friendly and knowledgable helped make me feel comfortable about dealing with my situation. He was able to take and understand my frustration with my situation and make me feel that everything would work out properly and be taken care of in the right way. My car "issue" had to do with the air conditioning and of course this had to happen on late Friday afternoon of Memorial Day Weekend. Mark was able to "come through" for me at a time when most people would have made me wait until Tuesday to deal with the problem. I cannot thank him enough for his courteous, professional, and overall outstanding service. He truly exemplifies professional customer service. Thank you Mark!! More
Excellent Customer Service - Mark S. Rocks! I went in for service on 5/20 around 4pm with no appointment. My Accord was making a horrible squeaking noise when I drove and stopped! Mark assisted me promptly and was very knowledgeable instantly suggesting it was the brakes. He recommended we let the mechanics look it over to be certain. Mark came back to me shortly after checking in and informed me it was just as he thought. The price was reasonable, the service was quick, and Mark was very kind and understanding. pilot was having electricall problems when it rained. i was having electrical problems with my honda pilot..they changed the rear actuator..than they said they rewired my alarm system...the next visit in i was having electrical problems with my honda pilot..they changed the rear actuator..than they said they rewired my alarm system...the next visit in i met mark..and i told him the situation and right away he knew it was electrical problems. So he set me up with a nice loaner car ..and worked on my pilot..Within 2 days he corrected the short that was in my moonroof. The only possible reason for that short..could of been when they installed my new moon roof wind guard..Because i knew the previous owner of the vehicle..and they told me they never had a problem with the back window popping open when ever it rained..So Mark listened to what I said and realized it had to be electrical, because it only occurred when it was wet. So we totally appreciate Mark taking the time to listen ,and figure out the problem. A lot of people I spoke to said that electrical problems are lifelong problems...So thanks to Mark this problem was solved.... More
