I had to write about great experience at Millennium Honda as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with great customer service: smiles and enthusiasm!! All my questions and concerns were answered by a very knowledgeable staff; they explained everything regarding my car in great detail. I could tell they really knew what they were talking about and I felt very confident on the service (which is rare when dealing with repair shops). John Stallion was great! While I waited I had a very comfortable area to use my lap top and work while I waited…. The time flew by. Great Job guys and Thank you!!!! More

On the afternoon of Wednesday 9/24/2014, I rushed to the Millennium Honda service department to expose my concerns andworries. After checking in my car, I went to see a service adviser. It so happened that MR. Mark Skawinski was my adviser. Mr. Skawinski immediately left his desk to personally go to check my breaks, which he inspected with great care. He then reassured me that the breaks were fine and he kindly offered me a wash for the car. I was so happy and satisfied with the way the gentleman treated me. I trust Mr. Skawinski because he advised me to buy my 2014 Honda CRV (Vin# 5J6RM4H72EL017158) from Millennium Honda, a car that I am enjoying so much. Mr. Skawinski's friendliness, promptness, sense of responsibility, and respect for me as a customer make me appreciate the service of Millennium Honda very highly. I took the car to Millennium Honda service center My Honda Fit, which is three years old experience a manufacturing defect related to the driver seat. I took the car to Millennium Honda service center for repair but was told that I needed to replace the whole sear assembly. This was unacceptable due to the car age. A manually adjusted driver seat should not break down. In any case. I can say that Mark Skawinski went above & beyond to correct the issue. More
