I am the owner of two Honda vehicles ( a 2012 Pilot Touring with Vin: 5FNYF4H95CB082888 and a CR-V; 5J6RM4H72EL017158) that I bought from Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY. I have been receiving good treatment from the service department since the day I started bringing in my car for service. The last in date was on Saturday February7,2015. As I was driving my CR-V, I noticed that its oil life level was very low.. Having to travel on the following Monday, I decided to take my car for service. As I got there, Mr. Gregory Andrews, an assistant service manager, warmly welcome me and asked someone to quickly get my car info before he could see me. I was really impressed by Mr. Andrews' diligence. He got my car to be serviced very promptly. As I was waiting, knowing that I was not feeling well, he checked on me several times in the waiting room, which really touched me and that I highly appreciated. By showing so much care and respect for me as a customer, Mr. Andrews has proven that he represents an asset for your company. His kindness has been invitation for me to keep using Millennium Honda service for myself as well as for of my friends whom I will recommend and encourage to take their cars to be be serviced at your place. More

Nick followed up with me after the work was complete and he was more helpful than the dealership which I purchased my vehicle from. I will definitely return to Millenium Honda for service. More
Steve Brigham made this a positive experience Steve Brigham made it right! I had an appointment. for service at 10a.m. I dropped off the vehicle and was asked if I was going to wait for it. I said no but I’d like to have it by 2 p.m., I was going to walk home. I came back at 2:45p.m. and was told they had not looked at my vehicle yet, they give priority to the people who are waiting. As I needed the vehicle I could not leave it there any longer that day. Enter Steve – He looked over my service sheet and told me that since I had an appointment they should have looked at my car and that they don’t push you aside if you are not waiting. He scheduled me for 7 a.m. two days later (my choice) and I said I’d like it back by 10 a.m. He not only took care of the original issue he corrected an item I was not satisfied with since I purchased the car 11 months earlier. He called me at 9:45 a.m. and said the car was ready. Steve is an asset to the service department! More
Issue between Honda and Hertz: we suffered My husband brought our car on Oct 14, 2014 for service; he was assisted by Steve Brigham who was very helpful as per my husband. Since the car needs to be left there while being serviced, he was offered a car rental (Hertz); the next day we got our car and so returned the Hertz car rental to Steve. Few weeks later we realized that we were charged of 9 days for the car rental instead of one day only. My husband was able to call and speak with Steve and he helped us by contacting Hertz (Harold) who accdg to Steve will handle this matter and just advised us to follow-up with him (Harold). We called Hertz after few days to follow-up, but accdg to Harold, the Asst Manager of Hertz the car was returned to them by Honda Millennium after 9 days so the reason of the charges. I hope the management would help us to refund the money for the car rental of eight days. I don't know what's going on between Honda and Hertz, my only concern is for us to be charged fairly and for these things not to happen again with other customers. Honda Millennium and Hertz, please do something. Thank you. More

Every time I have a problem, Mr. Skawinski would rush to help me with promptness, kindness, and respect. For the month of November alone, I went to your service department three times as you can see on my records/file.. For all the 3 times, Mr. Skawinski provided me with excellent service to my greatest satisfaction. This truly enhances my positive experience with your service there., Mr. Skawinski is a very articulate, very knowledgeable service adviser. He is very respectful and a pleasure to work with.
