Good customer service, knowledgeable service advisor I switched Honda dealers for service recently and have been coming to Millenium for a few months now. I have always experienced friendly good quality customer service. The service advisors seem very knowledgeable and present themselves in a professional manner. The waiting area could be a little warmer and upgraded with complimentary access to WiFi. I always try to see Greg Andrews when I visit. He is very warm, helpful and it is evident that he wants to be attentive and address your concerns. He is also sensitive to my time to wait for service. He is a very nice person. More

The whole atmosphere of the dealership is friendly and professional.. The waiting area is separated into two sides. One side has a TV and the other has no TV so people can read without a T V blasting. They have coffee available (no donuts). This is my 6th Honda and when it's time for my 7th you can be sure I'll be going to Millennium Honda. More
