A unexpected pleasant experience Over the past 20years, we have bought or leased 12 cars, from several dealerships. We have never had a more knowledgeable salesman than Jonathan Torre Over the past 20years, we have bought or leased 12 cars, from several dealerships. We have never had a more knowledgeable salesman than Jonathan Torres. He provided us with so much information about the vehicle, and the lease options, that he made the experience easy. We met with him in early Septembe, but the deal was not right. He kept in touch with us weekly over the next 2 months, advising us of the various monthly programs. Great Service Experience Took my car in for service on a Friday afternoon. Paul was my Service Advisor and he impressed me with how professional and courteous he was. Even though the department was so busy, Paul pulled all stops and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he managef to get me in and out.. All in all he did an excellent job. More

Great service, didn't take long, I found Carol and Joe to be both professional and polite and I highly recommend this dealerships service department. More
Pitiful!!! Poor Management I received a notification that my 2015 Honda Fit had been recalled due to air bag issues, so I called an made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Th I received a notification that my 2015 Honda Fit had been recalled due to air bag issues, so I called an made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The day came and I brought my car in, checked it in and proceeded to sit patiently in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours. Finally my service agent Yves called my name. Relief soon turned to dismay and anger, as I was told that they could not perform the recall because they did not have any of the parts needed! I inquired as to why I had to sit for an hour an a half only to find this news out. I wanted to know what maintenance had been done while I was sitting there, as they were going to perform the multi point inspection and wash my car gratis. Absolutely nothing was done. Why did it take an hour and a half to notify me of a parts issue? How can a parts issue even occur when I had booked 2 weeks in advance? To add insult to injury, someone had driven my car for 3 miles, as I handed it over with 7108 miles, and it was returned to me with 7111. Who took it where, and for what? Finally I requested to speak to Gregory Andrews the service manager, who offered a plan in which I would be called in 2 weeks when they expect more parts to arrive, drop off my car, and be given a loaner while they perform the recall maintenance. I am angry that I had to take a day off from work, lost a days pay, wasted and hour and a half of my time, and will now have to visit this inept dealership again. I've had a terrible leasing experience with this dealership, and now the worst service experience of my life. More
