And we'd been having problems with Honda and Acura customer service--so much so that, starting to look at new cars, we were considering leaving Honda. Insult to injury, the original Honda recall-fixing experience was incomplete. And i had to go back. This time I went to Millenium. What a difference! Victoria was awesome. irresponsible I came to the dealer for an oil change in my 2012 Honda pilot and they lost my car keys, I am a cab driver and I had a $300 contract that I lost becau I came to the dealer for an oil change in my 2012 Honda pilot and they lost my car keys, I am a cab driver and I had a $300 contract that I lost because I had to spend 3 and a half hours before they can give me a replacement key ,when I ask to be reimbursed for the $300 contract they refused. according to one of the employee it is the 6th key that they lose for the month. Last month they stole one of my friends phone while he brought his car for service. More
