Paul arranged shuttle service for me to and from the dealership. I was able to see my physician while they worked on my car and I was on my way back on the road. I also received information on a recall issue which I know Paul will handle for me personally, I never have to worry about delays or excessive markups when Paul is around. More
Came in for an oil change I went to Millenium Honda for an oil change a few weeks back. I left my car there within the hour I got a call from Paul that my car needed more than an oil change. Luckily enough for me one of the problems was covered under my cars warranty. The other issue wasn't so Paul did what he could and made sure my cars issue was fixed. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received on this visit. From the door Paul was very informative and helpful. He made sure I knew what was going on with my car every few hours. Paul even went above and beyond after I got my car back to make sure everything was good. I want to say thank you again for everything. I will definitely be returning to Paul for his customer service. More

Issue starting car I came in with intermittent problems starting my car. I requested a rental if needed. The advisor was Paul Mosca and even though they were in the mi I came in with intermittent problems starting my car. I requested a rental if needed. The advisor was Paul Mosca and even though they were in the middle of a major recall with very few rentals available, he was able to secure one for me in case. In addition, he had the senior certified mechanic (John Stallone) look at my car. John found the problem almost immediate (starter was failing) and was able to replace it and have me back out with my car in under 2 hours. They understood my frustration and worked hard to make sure I was satisifed More
