Update:Unsatisfactory.TERRIBLE SERVICE!DISHONEST REPAIRMAN! UPDATE: Honda replaced the windshield and the broken clip, as they promised. I took 2 star off because Greg promised a "free detail" of my car for the inconvenience caused by this incident, but when I picked up my car it was more dirty than when I brought it in, with some broken glasses, dust on dashboard & rubber strips on the mat, plus I noticed a lot of wobble & vibration with my windshield wiper when it rained the next day, which I didn't noticed before. I will never go back here for any services. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in for NY inspection, my appointment was 4/23/16 at 10:30, I arrived 10:25. I have waited for so long & finally got my car out at 1:30. When I inspected my car I noticed a crack on my windshield, so I immediately reported it. It was confirmed from their camera that the crack was not there when i brought the car in, of course! If I did not pay attention to my car, they would have get away with it. VERY DISHONEST! Not telling their customer if they damage your car. They also broke 1 of the clips from my rear lights. They said they are going to replace my windshield on Monday. I'll update my review by then. More

Finished before breakfast I brought my car in for servicing on the air bag. The people were warm and friendly during the take in protocol. I then went on to see a service write I brought my car in for servicing on the air bag. The people were warm and friendly during the take in protocol. I then went on to see a service writer named Paul. He to was very kind and friendly. After taking in my car. He said he would call me when it was ready. I walked to the store to buy some breakfast I returned and eat, as soon as I was done he called me to the countrt to tell met car was ready. Wow! That was fast. I have never been in and out of a dealership that quick I waited longer for oil changes at other places. I can say I will be coming back for future services when needed.
