My Recent Service Experience Lillian Hamilton was the service representative at our recent visit to Millennium. She was friendly, personable and went above and beyond to make sure Lillian Hamilton was the service representative at our recent visit to Millennium. She was friendly, personable and went above and beyond to make sure our needs and expectations were met. We had an old parts claim that we never followed up with and the current representative had left the company. Thank goodness she took good notes and put them in the system. Lillian went searching through the old records and found it. Millennium honored their promise to order the part and have it installed as promised. More
Recall Fix This is the only Honda branch I will seek for any maintenance work. I have always felt the staff here was professional and helpful. I never felt like the technicians were trying to "cheat" me or suggest maintenance on parts that did not require it. In particular I was pleased with how they handled my airbag recall situation. I was able to get a rental car through enterprise without having to pay a dime. This proves to me they care about my safety. Even though it took a little over a month for the part to come in, the day I came in to fix my airbag went smoothly. Lillian was great and walked me through the repair and charges. I will not go anywhere else! More

Amazing customer service, KEPT HER WORD! I purchased my Honda from Millennium Honda in August of 2015 and I have been going there for any of my car service needs. Each and every time I've gon I purchased my Honda from Millennium Honda in August of 2015 and I have been going there for any of my car service needs. Each and every time I've gone to this dealership, I have had nothing but trouble. The dealership telling me that they cannot find my free oil change records, they cannot find me a rental car, and mostly, my BIGGEST problem always being time. I come from almost 40 miles east of this dealership and spending my entire day there for an oil change is never what I have in mind. I had been told countless amounts of time that it won't take all day and it always takes 4+ hours. Last week I went to the dealership demanding that I get a rental car for my oil change because I simply couldn't afford to waste an entire day at the dealership. Lillian kindly explained to me that they do not give rental cars to people only getting an oil change. I appreciated being given that information since I never understood why I was always told they don't have any rentals when I find it hard to believe that a car dealership never has any rentals available. So I said "okay" and I explained to Lillian that my previous encounters at Millennium have been nothing short of horrific and she assured me that she would get me out of the dealership in 2 hours. I found that hard to believe but when only an hour passed by and she told me I was finished I was absolutely astonished! I thanked her again and again. She was so kind, and very informative not hesitating to explain service packages I was interested in and telling me how to go about booking services I will need for my car in the future based on mileage and so on. Millennium, THANK YOU for hiring a woman like Lillian Hamilton, she really does know how to make a customer happy and now I would gladly recommend friends and family to that dealership knowing that the place is in such great hands. The sales department was equally pleasant when I was making my purchase a year ago, so in all, I am pleased with Millennium Honda! 10/10. More
