very bad service and non professional customer service I will start off saying the worst service that I got in my life time with a car dealer service. It took 6 to 7 hours with an appointment made to recei I will start off saying the worst service that I got in my life time with a car dealer service. It took 6 to 7 hours with an appointment made to receive services that my car did not need and the problem I came for was never fixed. I won’t recommend the Honda millennium to any person in the world. It started last Saturday. I had an appointment with them at 10.30. I took my car there because the rear rotor is making a really bad grinding sound when I turn the wheel to the right. This sound started recently after changing all my brake pads and rotors. I explained this to the service guys and told them exactly that the issue has to do with the breaking parts (pads, rotors or calipers) and that I was suspecting calipers failure because the other parts were new. After 5 long hours of waiting at the reception and with an appointment, the service guy came to me and told me that the differential fluid, brake fluid and the transmission fluid were contaminated and are behind that noise. I repeated myself and told them if they were sure of that, because the noise is a metal grinding and this noise started after changing the pads and the rotors. The mechanic confirmed that after changing the fluids, the noise will disappear. The cost was over $400 to change the fluids. So I told them just go for it. All what I wanted is my car fixed. 45 minutes later, the mechanic came and told me that the work was done and my car was ready. I asked him if he checked the brake pads and the rotors and if the noise was gone. He told me that he would do it before releasing the car. 30 minutes later, he came and he told me that the left rear caliper was stuck and the rear pads need to be changed. They did not have the calipers in stock so they told me that they needed to order it and that I have to bring my car back to be fixed. The job will cost over $500. I was so frustrated because you are in a dealer’s shop and all what I wanted is my car fixed, which did not happen. I paid the +$400 for services I did not need, and made an appointment for today (Tuesday) to replace the calipers and the pads. They told me that they will bring me my car in 3 minutes after washing it. 30 minutes later, my car is still in the garage. I inquired at the reception, they say that my car is ready and they sent somebody to bring it out. The guy came back and told me that a person from the service area will take it out in a while. Another 15 to 20 minutes, still no sign of my car. I was so pissed and went screaming at the reception. I needed my car out and explained to them that they were not professional in their services. After insisting that I need my car right away after spending the whole day at the dealer, the guy at the reception took me inside and showed me my car. The mechanic was still working on it. He finally found the main reason behind the whole noise. He told me that the rotors were after market and one of the rotors was touching the main cylinder to which it is attached to. I ordered my rotors and my brake pads from a Honda dealer. So I did not believe them. I asked them to give me a note that states that the parts are not original so that I can sue the dealer. But they were hesitating since they were not sure and they keep giving me excuses. The mechanic managed to fix some of the noise and they advised me to come to change the calipers. I made the appointment for today (Tuesday) at 7.15am though the guy at the reception told me that no appointment is needed. They will give me priority and they will fix the car fast. It won’t take so long. Still I made the appointment. I called them yesterday to make sure that the part arrived. They confirmed that they have it and I can come at 7.15 to do the replacement. I went this morning and asked them if the part was there, they say yes and if I wanted to leave the car. I said no, I’m waiting here and I need to know how long it is going to take. He told me it will be done by 9.30- 10.00 am. Because the part is here and they have to open the boxes (excuses that do not make any senses. I said no way; I am not staying here more than an hour because I am working. Then he called the part department, they told him that the part is not here yet. I just took my keys and left. All in all, it was the worst experience of my life with a Honda dealer. Please do not waste your time and your money in Honda millennium in Franklin Street, Hempstead, NY 11550. if there was a zero star, I will give it to them. More

After speaking w/Mgr Greg Andrews yesterday & my radio got resolved!! Got fixed!! Thanks Millennium Honda for HONESTLY fixing the problem. Thx Lillian Hamilton for doing what was & handling it in a professional curtly way. Also u acknowledged that I was waiting for my vehicle over 1/2hr++to get out of there. I've been a customer for several yrs there & .........never had a problem before. Before i left the place i even Thanked 'ALL' More

I was upset with the dealership due to the fact that I had to bring the car there for a third time to fix something that should have been fixed the first time. After spending 5 hours in the waiting room only to be told that I have to leave my car just didn't sit well with me. I took my frustration out on ms. Hamilton only to realize that she was really and truly trying to help. She treated me with respect and understood my problem. The most important part of this dilemma was she never lost her cool and always smiled as she did everything in her control to do what she could to get answers to solve the problem. My family Has been a loyal Customer for 15years and as we look to trade in our. Car in the near future as well as bring my father there to trade in his car as well my confidence in this dealership has been restored thank to Ms. Lillian Hamilton she is defiantly a winner for the team.
