Terrible Paul told us the oil change was free before leaving the car, he then charged us after it was done. After reviewing the paper work that came with the prepaid maintenance program we called back. He basically told us sorry you already paid and signed the bill, there was nothing he could do and that we were wrong. Would not recommend dealing with Paul, we talked to someone that actually has a brain and they refunded the oil change. More

Service on my 2016 Honda CRV Paul Mosca was very professional in addressing my car issue, which pertained to noise with rear differential. After having brought car in for a second time regarding same issue, Paul was able to get back to me and my son, who works for Nissan in Five Towns, to better explain the situation.
