Horrible. The customer service rep was very rude and condescending to me..I was there for a recall.I had an appointment for 6/27/24 @11:00 am.I arrived on time The customer service rep was very rude and condescending to me..I was there for a recall.I had an appointment for 6/27/24 @11:00 am.I arrived on time and. Philip Sacco was rude and condescending to me..He told me that when it is a recall the I had to do drop off..I told him when I made the appointment I told them I would be waiting..I asked for the person I made the appointment with the day before..I spoke to her and she told him I was waiting he kept on saying I had to drop off.. she spoke to him and then told me I could wait..For these reasons is why I don’t service my car there…The only reason I was there was for the recall..I also work in customer service and have never or would never speak to the customer like that. I was so upset but I had to wait. I would like to know the policy on recalls?? More

Spent 3 weeks diagnosing the car and ultimately repairing AC under warranty. When they handed me the car back, it was not fixed and was making a noise that was not there before I dropped the car off. I broug AC under warranty. When they handed me the car back, it was not fixed and was making a noise that was not there before I dropped the car off. I brought this to their attention immediately and they requested me to get another diagnosis (and pay for it if not under warranty)!! A few days later I get a call that the car had in fact further damage to the AC which was not properly diagnosed in the first go, which this time, is not covered by warranty!! So they tell me I have to pay ~$400 in diagnoses as well as $2,000+ for the repair. This situation left two (or both) scenarios being true: A) they misdiagnosed my car the first time yet continued to work on the car and HAND it back to me still broken, if not worse with the noise or B) someone added further damage, hopefully inadvertently, yet they still did not hold themselves accountable and still gave me back a car not fixed. Lastly, each time the car was either ready from a diagnosis, repair/diagnosis being delayed or car being "ready for pickup" (when it was actually not fixed), I had to do the calling to get the update. Terrible communication. Nice people but putrid service. Never again! More

I waited to get my keys because the receptionist was gone for the day. My windshield wiper fluid tank was not refill, and it supposed to be when you get an oil change. There is room for improvement, as little as they are, can make a customer not want to go back again. More
