Orlando was excellent, he noticed me waiting to speak to someone about an issue we had with our HRV, listened carefully, and had me booked in and ready to go in a few minutes. Later the same day he kept someone about an issue we had with our HRV, listened carefully, and had me booked in and ready to go in a few minutes. Later the same day he kept me updated about a situation with one of our car tires which ultimately led to it being replaced, his communication was accurate and he gave me a number of options without any pressure. very accomodating and he even got my car washed without me asking him to. Orlando went above and beyond. He said he will be there shortly. Sadly enough, about 10 minutes later, After I saw his breakfast in his hands, I work 4 jobs 7 days/week and i can't tell you how many days i work without eating a full plate of food for lunch. I'm not saying starve yourself but we have a 19 year old at my full time job and he eats like a 6-course meal every day. His dad brings him 4 bags of lunch every day via car. He works very sluggishly, no pep in his step. Very sad disservice that his dad is doing to his kid. The 19-yr old should exercise like walking to get his food. Half the time, he is alseep at his desk. THIS GENERATION DOES NOT KOW THE ESSENCE OF PUTTING IN A HARD DAY'S WORK. I am now 51 with one kidney ( i donated a kidney to my wife's cousin 7 years ago) I asked another African American woman who was very receptive and within 2 minutes, she was able to provide the remote. kudos to her! she gets it. That Danny was too worried about his belly. Hopefully mgt will share this with him. After the 15 minutes was up, i then walked to work albeit, Orlando offered a shuttle, I needed the 10 minute walk to my job to exercise. I had then picked my car up on my lunchbreak. More
