I tried really hard to keep my emotions out of it. When I asked to get his complete name he denied to provide it to me. I called the dealership and asked for it and his managers full name MAURICIO MOSQUERA, whom I really hope reads this review. I thought about asking speak to him, but if that was the experience I had with a top “performing salesman” I can almost assure you the overall culture of the dealership is likely similar. This is not a place that I will ever do business with. Reading some of the negative reviews on here confirms his insolent conduct. More
I took my car for service. A simple oil change and tire rotation. They added the alignment and balancing. I also had all of the warning lights turned on. Around 2:30 I called to get a status on the car. I left a message with the Service Rep. I left work at 5:30 and went to the service department to pick up my car. As of that time, I have not received a return call from the service department. When I arrived, the service rep told me that he was about to call me. They just finished the work. He went over the list of tasks performed. I asked about the warning lights and he had to go back into the garage to get an answer. His response was, my battery is low it will cost you $300 something and I would have to wait for the car. I use them because I can drop my car off, go to work and pick it up when they are done. Now they want me to wait another 30 plus minutes for a battery and they were not sure if this will solve the problem. Why did they wait until the end of the day to tell me this? To top it off the battery was already on the bill. When I refused the battery he had to reprint the bill. When you disconnect the battery it resets all of the warning lights. The only light that did not get reset was the oil change light. So apparently they didn't change the oil. I will be returning to get the oil changed. I wonder what else wasn't done. Horrible service department and customer service. I will inconvenience myself from now on and take it to another location for service. Horrible service. I don't have the paperwork with me so I can remember the name of the service rep. He's not listed below. More
