Horrible experience Normally I don’t write reviews but I need to express my horrible experience a took my Honda car for a guarantee service, I took my car when I got home Normally I don’t write reviews but I need to express my horrible experience a took my Honda car for a guarantee service, I took my car when I got home my car was leaking really bad I called them immediately and let them know the situation they said I need to take it back which I did next day after my car been there for a day they call me to say my car has no leak at all, which I know it was impossible when I got there the first think the service -Rep says is He was very sorry but they got confused and my car is leaking and the problem was in my trasmission., I was very confused with all the situation I just know they have no idea how bad it is not trusting on them. When it was time to pick up my car the Service-Rep treat me very rude, neasty and showing not profesional at all. Her name is claritza Munoz No consideration also she took all my coupons from the bottom of my paper work and she did not gave it to me. I do not recommend this place at all More
