I had a problem with the trunk latch not responding to the key fob. One tech said I might need a new fob. Greg Andrews, the Service Advisor, sent me to Steve Murillo. Steve looked and saw it was a simple the key fob. One tech said I might need a new fob. Greg Andrews, the Service Advisor, sent me to Steve Murillo. Steve looked and saw it was a simple switch in the glove box. Problem solved! I waited all of 20 minutes and was on my way. Steve was very personable in explaining the fix.
