STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I had the displeasure of dealing with the front desk secretaries Orlando and Robert. Walking in was like interrupting a high school gossip sessi I had the displeasure of dealing with the front desk secretaries Orlando and Robert. Walking in was like interrupting a high school gossip session. They looked up like, “Ugh, a customer? During business hours? Weird.” Zero urgency. Zero professionalism. Just two grown men doing the bare minimum and somehow still falling short. Robert xxxx near moaned when he found the loophole to void my warranty. And when that happened? Orlando couldn’t hold his giggles. Full-on giddy. Like kids who found a dirty magazine in the woods. It was gross. High school behavior from two grown men with hairlines that say otherwise. Orlando especially—this guy is Review famous, and not in a good way. He’s like the dealership’s mascot for mediocrity. Read the reviews. People have been complaining about him for years, and somehow he’s still here. Either management’s asleep or they just hate customers. In short I walk-in get ignored, Robert moans and Orlando couldn’t hold his girly giggles. I refuse to give this establishment any of my business. More
