I went to the dealer to take care of a Honda recall. Honda dealer knew exactly what the recall was about. Appointments mean nothing. The customer service is terrible from the beginning to the end. This was at the counter just trying to check in. I asked if I should wait at the shop for the car and was told it would be 2 hours at most. I waited there for 4.5 hours. After paying, it took another .5 hours for the valet to pull up the car. This place is the worst. More
