I needed a vehicle quickly which is a terrible way to go into a negotiation. Mr Franklin Toribio served as my agent/salesman and did not use my situation against me. Franklin was professional, listened to my concerns and put me in a vehicle that suited me and had me driving off the lot within a couple of hours. I will be (and have already) be referring a couple of people toward Millennium Honda and specifically to Franklin Toribio. Kudos. I will revisit this review and dealership again when I use the service department. Bill Barbe gets 3 stars from me not because of any lack of performance but because I was contacted too often via email. Email and texts from this dealership wreak of bot/AI usage. Rodolfo was an absolute pleasure, he was extremely attentive and listened to everything we wanted and not only that he helped make sure he got us a great deal on what we said we wanted.
