After 21 years back into purchasing a car was not knowledgeable of the technology and 7 years 100,000 miles . Debating used car vs new . Bank close couldn’t get check financials worker included $20,000 in my loan making monthly payment $651.00 . I was at the dealer 10 Hours plates switched manipulated to take a huge loan I did not need. I informed financial worker $651 plus insurance $430 is a lot . He said everyone pays insurance. Told him I am head of household my father and brother died of COVID . My heart was pumping so fast I thought I was going to get a heart attack . No sympathy for a 60 years old women at all . I did not get to drive the car . When I text dealer “ Do I have an alarm ? If so how do I turn it off ? NO response at all .This was the worst experience in my life . Talk about taking advantage of a women in all aspect is the least to say . Never Never will recommend this dealers . I live in Brooklyn have a Honda dealer 5 minutes from my house I should have gone there instead of being manipulated. WORST EXOOF MY LIFE More

4 months away from turning in my lease, I was reached out to about turning in the lease early. I was told that it would be worth the trip out there to hear the deal in person, especially as a loyalty custome to about turning in the lease early.
