My sister and I were there on Saturday March 30, 2024. We were looking to trade in our Honda accord after being harassed by phone calls and text messages we finally went in. We were interested in the Honda HRv which we winded up leasing but our time at Honda was horrible and stressful. We were given one monthly payment at first and then we were told that wasn’t the final amount, then we were rushed, changed insurances before we even signed off on the car, then we were given the wrong car and had to come back to the dealer ship 3 days later once they realized, and then we were charged the monthly payment for the Honda accord that we brought back. I have never been so stressed about a car in my life. I think this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had. More
