I went to other dealers before I ended up at Millenium. I found the others I went to were not helpful and made me wait for answers. I was greeted by Lori Russo and she told me she would do all she could to get me a car. She was so reassuring. Anyway, when I left that car dealer, I drove out with a new car and the time she spent with me and her professionalism was more than I expected. They knew everything there was to know. Really a flawless presentation. This is not my only car but it has certainly been my most pleasurable buying experience.
