Sal capped off the fabulous experience by offering me his cell phone number so that I could contact him directly to be picked up to return to the dealership to get my car when it was ready. This is my 4th Honda in 17 years. They are well made, durable and easy to maintain. We walked in to test drive and lease a Pilot yet walked out leasing a 2012 Odyssey. It drives beautifully, and we plan on driving to Florida with a toddler in 8 days. Wish us luck! Upon our arrival we were greeted by Steve S. who showed us both the Pilot and Odyssey. Steve is new to car sales yet he handled himself in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. He answered all our questions and we felt no pressure to leave that particular day with a vehicle. I knew the Odyssey was going to suit all our family needs, yet needed some time to digest all the information and realize I was going to be a "mini-van" mom. Steve was patient with us and gave us a courtesy call to see if we had any other questions. Again at no time did we feel pressure from Steve or his manager John S. When we made the ultimate decision to choose the Odyssey, Steve walked my husband and I through the entire process. He really did his best to make us happy and feel like satisfied customers. We both feel that Steve has a future with Milenium and we wish him luck. We plan on recommending Steve and Millenium Honda to friends and family. On a side note, we traded in our Accord when we leased the Odyssey. In all the excitement I left a very precious and sentimental momento in the car, something I carried with me for eleven years.
