The dealership, the salesman, and the financial folks were all very nice. The dealership was packed! You would think they were giving cars away! In fact the only real problem was that it took for ever to were all very nice. The dealership was packed! You would think they were giving cars away! The music in the showroom was way too loud and the selection was enough to make you cut your throat! We nearly left because of it but the salesman took us into a private office so that we could have a conversation and work like humans. They have valet parking which is very nice but the signs are tiny and poorly located so you need to figure out where to go at first. We leased an Accord. The car is great, loaded with options, we feel like we got a very fair deal pricewise and my wife is very happy! Isnt that what counts? More

However, I never came across a more understanding and patient sales person. Harry listened to my needs carefully and then showed me every single van that met such qualifications. Since I was hesitant about what car to choose towards the end of the decision making process, he walked me again to the same cars that I had already seen and gave me valuable advice, when asked, without impossing his personal preferences. After I had made my choice, he took the time to explain how some of the major devices in the car worked and anwered every one of my questions patiently. He went above and beyond the basic expectations of a car sales person. I am thankful for such exceptional services. As a result I walked out with my new car and I am very happy with my choice. More

Kabirudeen service was excellent.This was my first time buying my own car and he made me feel 100% comfortable. Everytime kabirudeen had to leave the deck,he always ask if mi parents or i wanted sumthing to eat/drink while we waite. That showed that millennium honda know how to keep their customer comfortable and Kabirudeen did it so well. This is my 3rd car from this dealer. I ahve been very satisfied by the 2 previous cars I have leased from this dealership, and by my new CRV, though I have had it for only a few weeks. I gave it the old college try, but found it very frustrating. Millennium is a difficult word to spell in order to access the system. That being accomplished, further frustration was encountered when my I could. Of get past the phone number entry. POOR Upon my arrival, after my car was initially checked in, Sal, knowing that I go to an early appointment near the old dealership on Main Street, facilitated the completion of the driveway check-in and escorted me into Michael Kubal. Michael took care of me in an equally cordial manner. This matches the competent and pleasant treatment that I was accostomed to in my dealings with Gregg Andrews. Sal capped off the fabulous experience by offering me his cell phone number so that I could contact him directly to be picked up to return to the dealership to get my car when it was ready. I mentioned that I needed to get out quickly to take my wife to the doctor. It was a mice day and I decided to walk back to the dealership. When he Sal saw me. Back at Mikes's desk, he rushed over to see if I called and if he mIssed it ( and I am sure apologize if he did). I was impressed at his concern and the interest that I was taken care of.
