I went into Millenium Honda this past Sunday in search of a new Honda Pilot for lease. Immediately upon entering my family and I were met a very friendly and professional sales floor manager that personally a new Honda Pilot for lease. For about an hour our rep, Cathy E., carefully and skillfully laid out all of the vehicle's options. Her knowledge of the vehicle and her attention to our needs and range made the entire process pleasant and efficient. All the employees dealt with us fairly and honestly. Never did I feel pressured, overwhelmed or lead astray. The very next day I arrived to finalize all of my paperwork and take delivery of an absolutely fantastic Pilot EX-L 4WD. The entire finalization process moved quickly and with clarity. Not to be outdone, Cathy E. made sure to detail all the options, complete with all the bells and whistles. She clearly answered all of my questions setting me at ease. It was awesome to have been given a thorough walk through saving me the headache of reading the manual and figuring it out myself. I left feeling true comfort. All in all I am thrilled with my purchase and look forward to logging some quality miles. Way to go Millenium Honda! More

My Honda Ridgeline was due it's 15K service so I pulled into Millennium Honda, it was close to work. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike F. and Mike K. greeted me and talked about getting my vehicle servi into Millennium Honda, it was close to work. Mike K. explained what was involved with the 15K service and told me it would take about two hours. when I told him I needed to be at work at 9 o'clock he said he'd get it done. The service team did get it done with plenty of time to spare for me to make it to work... Their customer service was above and beyond my expectation. Even when I went inside to get a coffee, I couldn't quiet figure out the coffee machine and Mike F. came by, stopped and helped me with it. These guys are a class act and a valuable asset to Millennium Honda. Starting my day with the experience at Millennium Honda made my whole day great because of two guys that know what customer service is about. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone driving a honda and I will not hesitate to stop by the service department if I need anything done.
